I have had only positive experience so far. In general all Kodezen plugin are incredible. I own most of them and the reason is that I am extremely happy. Support is just amazing. Very helpful people and always willing to help. Academy LMS is on of the gems of Kodezen plugins. Easy to understand and user friendly. I think this is the best LMS plugin online. I definitely recommend it
The big issue in this plugin is that PDF files can't be exhibited on my content pages; they always have (no content found error).
I tried to fix it, but no way. In my opinion it's useless.
I'm ignored 2 weeks already by support.
Support area has no option to reset password & access the tickets.
I applied about 30 times in the past 2 weeks, Using the contact form, direct emails to support & to contact & also via chat boxes.
All applies were & still are ignored.
Academy LMS is a good WordPress plugin for managing my online academy. I like the modern UI, which makes it easy to use. The extension-based system helps reduce the need for many additional plugins and covers most of my needs. Thanks to the team.
A frustrating experience. The ads for Academy LMS are very compelling and promise a lot for budget prices so I think they probably do well on sales. However. The actual product is buggy and I needed to pay another IT developer to help me fix a LOT of issues as it required too much technical knowledge for me to figure out. The ticketing system for Academy LMS is okay, sometimes they'd be very responsive, other times it took a while but my main issue is one particular requirement I need, uploading documents, my 3 course testers couldn't get this to work and Academy LMS are adamant it does work. Well, my testers say it doesn't! I have spent a lot of money this past year on it but am reluctantly looking for another solution.
Great deal and support, i have 2 years with them and they supported me very well. I have given them what I want and they successfully added those integrations.
I have been seeking support to resolve an issue with the login page, but have not been successful. It appears that customers are being used as a testing sandbox instead of utilizing a dedicated testing team. With each update they release something usually breaks.

As a teacher training people from all over the world, it is essential for me to add .vtt files as subtitles to my video lessons, which are hosted on my physical server, not on YouTube. I need these lessons to be supported by the WordPress video player with subtitles, as I have done on other pages of the site using .vtt format subtitle files in the media gallery. I have requested this improvement several times, but it is still not available.
Great product. The student dashboard and overall theme is very impressive. Best thing has been technical support who have always been very helpful
