It was very disappointing. In fact in did not make any difference.
I do not recommend any of the products for psoriasis.

The product is horrendous I’m not sure who’s idea it was to put alcohol in a product made for psoriasis. I was screaming in pain when I applied it. Also they forgot to send me the hair product with it and she said she will send it right away this was over 3 weeks ago still haven’t received it. I knew I shouldn’t have trusted a pop up add. Don’t bother buying from them:

I use the Magnesium spray when I've been gardening all day and can hardly walk by the end. A quick spray, a short sit-down and I'm ready to go again. It seems crazy that such a simple thing works, but it does.

I love the magnesium gel and spray. I didn’t really believe it would work. With very little training we ventured on a 5 day walk in Tasmania. Magnesium saved the day every day. Muscle soreness at the end of the first day was gone within half an hour of applying the spray. My partner and I had no soreness during the walk. Even if you’re a sceptic give it a go. You’ll thank yourself!

I have the Magnesium spray and gel, and the salt soothing gel. The magnesium range work great for muscle aches. Soothing gel is great on irritation from plants as well as the pain from minor scapes - it's the "magic cream" for my young grandson too. Ordering was easy and delivery by mail very quick.

I purchased the gel and the cream. The gel is fantastic at settling down inflamed skin. While it doesn't eradicate the condition entirely, it does help minimise unsightly spots and redness. I get a lot of spots of psoriasis which look horrid and cause me to wear long sleeves and pants to cover them up. The spots on my legs cleared up within a few days of using the gel. the cream assists to keep skin moisturised and aids in calming.
The only gripe is, i need to purchase more because i ran out. I need large bottles haha
