It's simple, do not place an order, do not pay a penny and read all of the reviews.
This cannot be a legitimate company as they take money without offering the service they claim to offer.
Absolutely disgraceful that they don't respond to paying customers.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. Paid over £12 for a product on the 18th of July. Still not received product, sent 3 emails asking for help with order and no reply! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. I run my own business and would never treat my clients with such disregard. Keep your money people. So progress! My product arrived a month later......what an absolute cheap piece of tat! They're not stones, they're pieces of cheap plastic! If what they're advertising to connect with your chakras, plastic does not do this. Again avoid at all costs. Total rubbish and their customer service reflects exactly the same. Dissatisfaction at its max.

Don’t buy anything from them, they are fake as F!

It’s been 2 months since I ordered my bracelets and still waiting. I received too many excuses and promises. I asked for refund and that has not been successful either. DO NOT ORDER from this company and save yourself some headaches.

Ordered 2 lovely chakra bracelets from this site and was very pleased! The quality is very nice and I wear them every day 😇

I ordered a bracelet on 29/01/23, and it still hasn't arrived. Once my payment was taken, I was told there would be a slight delay and to expect it in 10 days. I've emailed several times, and get generic replies from someone called Madeline. I've now asked for a refund. not happy at all. Please think twice before buying from them. I will be contacting my bank to arrange a refund.

Bracelet still not here, ordered nearly a month ago, they said in the process of being shipped last week yet still showing today as processing. Wish I looked at the reviews before ordering, this was meant to be for a birthday present, looks like I’ll have to give it for Christmas.

My order never arrived! I've been emailing this company to tell them I never received it. I've asked for a refund & still not got it. Apparently my order was delivered through my letterbox but it never arrived. Customer service is s not great at all. I wouldn't waste your money. I hear the quality is not good either.

Ordered 3 bracelets, paid in good faith. Not happy!! The beads I got were plastic, I ordered crystals!!
Won't refund me unless I pay postage back to China then will refund when they get them. As if!!!!

I ordered a bracelet on the 2nd of May and I still have not received it and it’s the 21 of May ...i’ve tried emailing and I got a reply but it’s not the response I wanted.. I’ve been told there is a problem with Hermes and my address they couldn’t deliver....I don’t live in a high-rise block of flats or an address that you cannot reach because I get post all the time I don’t understand why there’s a problem I have asked for a refund now which I have received... I’m just getting fed up The bracelet was supposed to be for my daughters birthday but that’s been and gone now ..quite disappointed with this company that they couldn’t give me an alternative delivery Service like Royal mail this company is based in the UK... it’s a shame I would’ve of like to given this company five stars as it had such good reviews from customers on Facebook ..
