brought the women's solid color long sleeve jumper & pleated bottom dress, took over a month to arrive, quality is absolutely dreadful, want to send it back for a refund, but came with no paper work screwed up in a tiny plastic bag. that's £30 wasted!

Avoid bought through TikTok advertising special offer Laura Geller bake make up. £28.98. Arrived today after 1 month not what I ordered never heard of brand of make up seen on line for a few pounds!!! Avoid I feel have been scammed.

Bought the “Waterproof Eyeliner Duo Sharpenable Eye Pencil (buy one get one free)” after seeing ad on TikTok.
Ordered 19th June - had to chase, then order finally arrived in July.
In the advert, the pencil looked creamy and easy to apply and blend. In reality, it’s so dry it drags the skin and it’s very hard to transfer any colour from the pencil - almost impossible.
The pencils are in a plastic tube, and feel suspiciously light - so I doubt the cosmetic part is more than a few mm long.
Postage was a ridiculous £3.99 (the package weighed virtually nothing!), so overall this order cost £13.98.
Complete waste of money.

Not happy, bought items on tik tok, took forever, so contacted them to ask when items would be delivered, said to give another week, if not received get back. Needless to say, still not received, requested a refund which they said I could have but now not responding to my emails. Don’t buy from these scammers!

Edited to add: full refund finally received on 14th June
Selling products as Maybelline brand but when it arrives it is Baxi brand and all the writing on the packaging is in Chinese. It appears they are using TikTok product videos belonging to other people advertising Maybelline and linking from these to the TikTok shop so it is misleading.
Contacted them to request a refund and was offered a voucher for the value of 20% of my purchase to spend with them. No chance! Have now emailed 3 times requesting a full refund and have had no response.
Avoid at all costs!
