I am exercising myvstory right andand…
I am exercising myvstory right andand under the consumer. The wheelchair is faulty. Unsafe, swings round at speed when going over a raised areas doesn't do the milage in discription. I was also pressured to purchase the chair in my own home. I am requesting a full refund and the chair to be collected without cost please

We would, however, like to reassure you that Ableworld does not pressure customers into making purchases. We follow a strict demonstration process, particularly when visiting customers in their own homes, to ensure that products are fully demonstrated, individual needs and requirements are carefully considered, and customers are given the opportunity to make an informed decision without feeling under any obligation to purchase.
Please be assured that we take your concerns regarding the suitability and performance of your powerchair seriously. We remain committed to investigating the issues raised and would welcome the opportunity for our Engineering Team to carry out the recommended inspection so that we can establish the cause of your concerns and advise on the appropriate next steps.

The gentleman that helped and served me was very helpful and courteous. I have recently bought a scooter and needed a cover that would keep me dry. I was so very pleased to find exactly what wanted.

Would definitely recommend them! It is the first time that I've used Ableworld and found the staff very helpful. I was looking for a mobility scooter and wasn't sure which one I needed. Stuart asked me questions and showed me the range available. He went through the pro's and con's of them which helped me decide. Once I had made up my mind, he went through everything with me and I know if I have any problems they're only a phone call away.

Helpful and efficient
I rang the shop after my rollator wheel jammed - Stuart said they didn’t do spare parts as in new wheels but to bring it straight in and he would have a look.
He didn’t just fix the wheel he made the whole thing more stable - so greatful for the quick and friendly service!

Outstanding service in an emergency – highly recommend! My wheelchair died while we were on holiday in the Gloucester area, which could have ruined our trip. I phoned Ableworld late on Friday evening and spoke to Nigel. He was incredibly kind and invited us to come into the shop early on Saturday morning so he could check the wheelchair and see how to help us.We arrived at 8:45 AM, and Nigel was exceptionally thoughtful, considerate, and deeply understanding of my disability. There was absolutely no sales pressure. After trying out a few different options, we decided to purchase a new wheelchair. Nigel and the team sorted everything out for us seamlessly.
