We purchased a bed from Gerald on 14th July and still waiting for ti today 21 August, had very little feed back from anyone at the Colchester branch and in fact are waiting for a phone call that was promised at 9:00am today it is now 10:55am

Just purchased a Drive Explorer Sport…
Just purchased a Drive Explorer Sport mobility scooter from Ableworld and was very pleased with the service. Everything was explained clearly, with demonstrations as to getting it started and also breaking it down to go into my car boot. I even had a test drive! There was no pressure to buy just helpful advice when needed. Happy to recommend the staff at the Colchester store.

Excellent service!
Recently, I had a problem with my walker that I bought from them in June 2022, and I rang the store and a very polite young man spoke to me and said they would send someone that afternoon - he arrived at 4pm and repaired it in my flat very quickly. Excellent service!

I recently ordered a reclining chair…
I recently ordered a reclining chair from Ableworld Colchester which arrived on time today.The chair was installed very efficiently by Adam and Tony.They were very friendly careful and polite and explained how to use and care for this product in detail.The packaging was removed and the lounge left clean and tidy.
I was impressed with Ableworld and would not hesitate to use them again.

Friendly, helpful, Knowledgeable
Adam greeted us immediately and helped us work through the items I thought I needed to help with my arthritis. He clearly knew each of the products well and helped me find the best version. He was particularly helpful in selecting a chair and bed. When he and Tony delivered the chair and installed it on 25/10/22 they were quick, efficient and helpful.

Very helpful company with polite staff
First of all I'd like to say what amazing shop which in all honesty I didn't know existed till my friend told me about it. I went into the shop slightly lost and didn't know where to look but a young man by the name of Adam didn't hesitate to help me. I left with a shiny new walker and a much better understanding of mobility scooters ready to buy one next month! Hats off to Adam and his colleagues !
