Ablesurveyors Omdömen

Prompt response, easy booking process and reasonably priced, no complaints!

Great experience using Able Surveyors, competitive pricing and they quickly booked in a date to view the property. Once survey was completed they were very quick to answer any questions I had and helped me with recommendations going forward. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with Able surveyors fro the start. Competitive pricing, one or two questions raised with their office were dealt with in a professional manner by Elaine. They organised the survey in good time and Jack Sullivan's report was produced the next day, prompt response on queries.Would recommend.

Jack completed a level 3 survey for us, we received the report very quickly and was thorough. Jack was available to discuss the report via telephone. Happy with service.

Ross Magee was absolutely amazing which is why I am reviewing this company 5*. The level 3 survey I purchased revealed a wide array of issues on my flat which Ross kindly took time to explain to me in depth on multiple occasions. He made himself available and helped me to understand the report in order for me to make sufficient decisions moving on from that point. The level 3 survey itself was very thorough and I think he did a great job of reviewing the property in detail. Given he also went on holiday during this time, Ross still made himself available during an extremely stressful and time restricted period for myself. Ross truly went above and beyond.

I have used Able Surveyors on multiple properties and they are incredible and a pleasure to work with. Jack Sullivan and Dean Davidson reviews have been so thorough. The level 3 report is available within 24 hours and is so detailed. Web post the report the surveyor is very responsive and happy to help with any follow up questions.

We've used Able Surveyors a few times now and would definitely recommend.

Most recently we got a level 3 homebuyers survey from Jack who sent a thorough report just a few days after the survey and made himself available to answer questions on email for anything we didn't understand.

On previous occasions we have also had reports from Dean who also is able to answer questions and is super approachable.

Great service and detailed report. Survey was arranged quite soon and the report, which was provided by Jack the day after the actual survey, was very detailed. We used ablesurveyors on the recommendation of others and were very impressed with their services.

Great turn around. I received my report same day the survey was conducted. The report was detailed and useful.

I’ve used Able Surveyors twice now for a level 3 survey - both times had detailed reports, quick turn around and they’ve offered great value. Great service all around!

Excellent service and good communication. Able surveyors were very accommodating with changing dates and offering flexibility during the property purchase process. Jack produced a thorough report very quickly and avoided me investing in a property with a risk of collapse.

Outstanding service!

We had a long property process where we were involved with a few properties which didn’t go ahead. We had used other suppliers previously and the service was very slow.

We used ablesurveyors for our last property search and we secured the property

We reached out to able surveyors a few days before Christmas which is renowned for being extremely busy. They visited the property within just a few days, provided a great report within 24 hours.

I highly recommend and I’ll only ever use this firm again moving forward.

Survey took about two weeks to book in but I then had the level 3 detailed report in my inbox from Jack the same day he completed the survey. Jack has also been really helpful in responding to my queries on the report. Happily recommend.

We used Able Surveyors twice. The reports we received were thorough and delivered very quickly. We also had no problem getting answers to additional questions we had.

We had our survey done quickly and received the report back the next day, this gave clear pictures of potential problem areas and provided a list of possible costs. I had a call with Jack the following day to discuss some further areas in more detail and got the information I needed.

Had our survey yesterday from Able, recommended by friend. So pleased we did as found Jack to be polite & very informative.
Survey conducted thoughly & findings given super quick, the same evening.
Very happy & highly recommend

Excellent value and service. Thorough report including photos. Can’t fault.

I had requested a RCIS Survey from Able Surveyors. They were excellent at producing a detailed report of the property quickly. It was great to have photos included in the report making it easier to highlight any areas of concern. I would recommend them to other people as they provide a fast and friendly service.

I’ve used able surveyors 3 times on 3 properties I wanted to purchase and they have been very efficient and thorough. Their prices for level 3 survey, emails and reports have been very good and i’ve recommended them to my sister who has used them and received the same. They will answer any questions we have and i’m pleased with the service they have provided.
