Ablesurveyors Omdömen

The team are super helpful and move things along at an incredible pace. When we booked, the house was surveyed and report was received in just over a week - with the survey report coming through less than 24 hours after the survey had taken place. Ross then kindly took the time to chat through the items flagged to put my mind at ease.

Jack Sullivan conducted a level 3 survey on a property I am purchasing which has had some major works conducted by the current owners. Jacks survey was detailed and flagged a number of issues which required further investigation. The report was delivered very quickly and ahead of time and Jack was quick at answering follow up questions of which I had quite a few! The process was seamless from start to finish and the price was highly competitive. I would strongly recommend Jack and Able for any surveys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again moving forward.

Communication with Able was great from the getgo.
Our survey was booked, performed and the report came very quickly, with a clear and easy to read layout and explanations.

Able was also the best priced survey option we found, which is a bonus when so many costs are coming up alongside a house purchase.

Highly recommended.

We've used Able Surveyors twice in the last 6 months due to one of our houses falling through and both times they have been a pleasure to work with. GEtting a quote from them online is super easy, fast and automated. We got a date within a a fornight both times and there was never any issues with communication with the agents to arrange access.

The survey report was turned around quickly both times and is very thorough and easy to digest. The first time we had come questions which the surveyor was able to answer through a phone call.

Overall we had a great experience and would 100% use again and recommend to our friends / family.

Great value for money. The survey was thorough and the report arrived the following day. Ross, our surveyor, responded promptly to all our post-survey queries. Highly recommended.

Really good communication and clear explanations of what is going on in the survey, would definitely recommend!

Prompt, friendly and very professional service, the RICS report we received was clear and thorough with a break down of each component of the property, so was easy to digest and understand.

Will be calling on them again!

From start to finish, the communication and responsiveness were excellent. I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process, which gave me complete confidence throughout. The survey was carried out exactly within the agreed timeframe, and I received an exceptionally thorough, clear, and well-presented report the very next day. I was genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency. I’ve already recommended Able Surveyors to others, and won’t hesitate to do so again. Thank you!

Excellent price, thorough survey and report was sent through very quickly. Able were almost a thousand pounds cheaper than other options we were looking at. Would definitely recommend.

The survey for the property we’re buying was arranged very quickly, and the report was sent the day after the visit. It was clear, concise and included helpful recommendations along with estimated costs for the works. Excellent service – highly recommend!

The whole process was fantastic. The ease of the process was great and communication was excellent. We received our report very quickly and was extremely detailed which has helped with the purchase of our new home!

Definitely recommend good service friendly staff

Communication was excellent, the time from paying for the report to it being done was very quick. Very impressed overall.

Great service! My report was back very quickly and I was able to discuss it with the surveyor to ensure I understood it. He answered all my questions and best quote I got - great service and value for money!

I found Dean to be extremely professional and efficient. From start to finish, communication was excellent—the company kept me informed about when the survey was scheduled and provided clear updates at every stage. Dean was approachable and happy to answer any questions I had, which made the whole process much less stressful. Overall, the service was thorough, reliable, and smooth. I would definitely recommend Dean/Ablesurveyors to anyone needing a survey and would be happy to use his services again.

From the first quote to getting the report, Ablesurveyors were great. Really appreciate the quick process overall and highly recommended! Thanks again Dean!

I am so happy with the service that Dean provided which enabled us to pull out of the property purchase as a result due to 250,000 pounds worth of repairs which we totally did not expect.

Would be delighted to use this company again and would recommend them 100%.

Thank you Dean and I will use you again 100% thank you

A very swift and efficient process. The team at Able Surveyors communicated with me transparently during the process and were happy to address any follow-up queries I had. The quality of the report and the clarity around what actions needed to be taken off the back of it was also very helpful in allowing my flat purchase to progress. The time from me accepting the quote to Able Surveyors sending their report was under a week, which was a very rapid turnaround.

Very detailed and extensive work done in the surveys. Second time Dean has done a survey for us and his estimates are quite accurate. Another promise kept with results in less than 4 days.
Will highly recommend Able surveyors.
