Personalised necklace broke and when I emailed them regarding it they just totally ignored me. Poor products & terrible customer service. I’d never order from there again!

Blackmail customer service tactics
Purchased a personalised necklace from this company. The necklace broke the first time I wore it. I emailed the company saying it had broken, with a photo as proof asking what could be done but I would prefer a refund. I also left a 1 star review on the product. I received an email from their customer service representative who stated that they “might only consider helping you out if you consider adjusting your review accordingly”.
Using blackmail is a poor customer service tactic.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality! Had necklace for 1 week and turned black, by the time you read the dos' and donts on how to wear the necklace there is no safe way to wear it without it spoiling and turning black! I payed £46 for a necklace and the quality from primark is better! Gutted!!!

Awful company … Brought three bracelets from this…
Brought three bracelets from this company at around £40 each two of them snapped now on two separate occasions snapped out of no where.
To top it off when I contacted the company they said they will fix it for £15 each and I must pay postage and packing to return. There’s no point I might as-well buy a new one. They also block you on Facebook if you leave a bad comment anything bad and no one can actually see your comments they need reporting is awful. It’s a real shame as they are lovely bracelets just don’t last long and they are not bothered at all!

Terrible service and even worse…
Terrible service and even worse jewellery.
Ordered a rose gold necklace and it oxidised after only one wear, really poor quality item.
Customer service then claimed we had exposed the necklace to chemicals.
After further internet research have found this to be a very common complaint.
Would not recommend at all

Lovely accesories
Very happy with my personalised necklace. There was a small delay in delivery, however having ordered my own design, I do understand the time it takes to actually make the product. The price was also fair compared to other similar companies. The material did not oxidise at all even when worn on a daily basis. Even though it is a dainty piece, it did not break or come loose. Thank you Abiza, will order again soon!

Disappointed on quality of necklace, worried that it will snap because of how thin. Have contacted customer services however they didn’t want to help.

I bought two sets of earrings…
I bought two sets of earrings advertised as raw yellow diamonds and the other one as raw rubies. First the customer service was awful. I found that The so called raw seems to be a disguised to sell you low quality gemstones. The raw yellow diamonds are tinted with a yellow colour but still can resist high temperatures and scratch glass but does not shine. However the rubies were stones filled with plastic glass to make it glow but when exposed to heat the filling would burn and end up looking like a burned plastic all over. The gold plate will also disappear after heat. I spend over 150 pounds and I know I won’t get it back because they said so but I would like to warn anyone so that they do not be mislead thinking they will get the real stone.
