Exceptional service
Mark explained the process really when and kept asking if we had any questions about what he had told us. He answered everything we asked.
Customer service was exceptional and we felt valued as a customer. He was always on the end of the phone to answer any further queries. It was a pleasure to do business with him and we will definitely contact him again when we change the car.

Everything made simple
I chose ABC for a business car lease after they came up with the best price on a comparison site, and in the end they followed through with not just good value but great service as well.
Knowing that cheap prices don't always equal great service, I didn't have high expectations, but right from the start the person dealing with my account (Toby) was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure the experience was seamless. He always reached out first via phone (a good human touch!) and followed up with emails confirming what we'd spoken about, or, if I hadn't been able to take the call, a clear and useful explanation.
Once the lease was in place, all the other pieces just fell into place right up until the car was delivered on time and as promised.
All in all I can say I am very happy!

Outstanding service from Ashton
We recently took out a lease hire on a Kia Ceed 1.5T GDi ISG 138 GT-Line 5dr, and from start to finish Ashton has been excellent to deal with. From the very first conversation he was clear and concise, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He grasped our needs straight away and guided us through the process in a way that felt smooth and completely stress free.
What really stood out was Ashton’s patience – he never rushed us, always answered our questions thoroughly, and gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision. His approach has been impeccable throughout.

First time leasing
From start to finish Toby kept us up to date and checked in with us to see that all was going well - our only issue which wasn’t the company’s was to do with our insurance with Marks and Spencer’s , they said they don’t insure lease cars and that was on the day the car was delivered!! Had to start ringing round for another! Just to make other people aware if this is the first lease like it was for us.
