I had a lovely call today from Anthony in response to my query. It transpired that in my circumstances, there wasn't much he could do to help. However, in spite of this, he still took the time to go over everything, offer inpartial advice and reassure me that I was on the right path. It was exactly what I needed and he was so kind and reassuring. To speak to a total stranger, who was simply there to listen and help, was a breath of fresh air. If I were to need assistance in the future, I would not hesitate to reach out to him and pay for his services. I highly recommend this company. Ethical, kind and a touch of humanity in a world that often just wants to take from you!

Having had a previous poor experience with another organisation I discovered ABC Finance for a secure loan. Richard was my first contact and he was brilliant! Friendly, approachable, always quick to respond and kept me up to date with every stage of the process. I was then introduced to Sophie, Who has been equally helpful and supportive. Both Richard and Sophie picked up the phone to call me with updates which I appreciated as speaking to someone is sometimes better than emails. When I did communicate by email they were both quick to respond. My particular case was delayed- BUT NOT BY ABC, but by other agents. When there was a delay, both Richard and Sophie were very supportive. A very good experience, one I am very grateful for as if not for them I may have given up the process. A huge thank you to Richard and Sophie- a great team!

ABC Finance Limited was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After they requested specific documentation for your bridging loan application, you promptly provided everything they asked for, but ABC Finance then completely failed to respond or even acknowledge receipt of your submission. This total lack of communication during what should have been a straightforward application process led you to lose confidence in their service quality and ultimately withdraw your application. You successfully secured your bridging finance through an alternative provider who demonstrated the excellent customer service and communication that was notably absent from ABC Finance, prompting you to formally close the matter with them.

Absolutely unsuitable for Commercial loans/mortgage on Mixed Dwellings, although they promise but don’t actually deliver on it. I received an unprofessional service.
I wasted over 7 months, paid nearly £2k on the recommended surveyor, and despite false promises that they have lenders on the panel for mixed dwellings, ABC Finance were unable to help with the mortgage.
Raj, one of the brokers and Morgan in admin do a good job but Raj left the business, and I was not informed. Whoever his replacement was/is-never followed up.
I called the company and the person I spoke with first got me to repeat the whole history rather than looking into the data including tax submissions on the file and subsequently accused me of tax/HMRC non compliance because my family is living in my property’s residential section despite commercial area being on a separate flood and rented out!!
I wouldn’t recommend ABC Finance for commercial loans/mortgage/finance.

I cannot thank Richard and Sophie enough for helping me at a time when I needed financial guidance and support. They were simply amazing.
