I ordered the silver huggie hoop earrings from Abbott Lyon and couldn't be happier! The delivery was super fast, and the earrings are absolutely beautiful — exactly as pictured. Their customer service was also brilliant: really friendly and responsive. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Bought a birthstone bracelet from them and the stone fell out under the guarantee period. I emailed them with the details date of purchase and what had gone wrong but never got any response. The leather now looks very shabby obviously very poor quality and they don't care about customers.

Almost over the top in quality of packaging, they clearly care about the product and how it's presented.

Ordered mothers day gift 3 weeks before mothers day - arrived 3 weeks after mothers day. No gift packaging. Poor service but jewellery was as expected and very nice

Stay away from this company, their customer service is a joke, my ordered items never arrived they're missing in transit, I've emailed numerous times and getting practically the same message each time and they are refusing to refund my money, can't be contacted by phone

Ordered what thought we was going to be a special,60th birthday gift.
Incredibly disappointed, poor quality, initial cannot be read. Looks tinny and we would not even consider it for a child.
We are having to spend another £100 on another gift as we really cannot give this to a special friend.
Customer services is just automated generic replies that are patronising to say the least.
At a loss as to what to do with the item, tempted to return and pursue refund.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the personalised Arabic necklace I recently received from Abbott Lyon

This was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, the product was far from my expectations or the description which was provided on the website

Specifically:

1. Size: The necklace is significantly larger than advertised, which makes it unsuitable for the intended purpose. The size is ridiculous, it looks like a rappers oversized medallion.
2. Quality: The overall craftsmanship is poor, and it does not reflect the premium quality I was led to expect.
3. Safety: The edges of the necklace are sharp, making it not only uncomfortable to wear but also dangerous and has the potential to cause injury.

I contacted Abbott Lyon to resolve the issue, however they were unwilling to help.
