Bought a necklace with 2 heart pendants as a Christmas gift for my wife. My wife’s reaction was far from great when we discovered the parts were not connected, website said use PLIERS to open the connection ring.

Absolutely ridiculous, who has the tools to work on jewellery.

I will never buy from them again

I’m not sure what has happened to my order, but judging by the reviews this seems to be a common issue — I wish I’d read them first. I ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter’s Christmas present at the end of November, and it still hasn’t arrived. I keep receiving automated emails saying the order is being worked on and that delivery may now be well into January. This is extremely disappointing, especially as the website stated the item was guaranteed for Christmas delivery and still has this advertised even today!

PLEASE read previous review and reply i have emailed this company at least 8 times and get the same generic reply they don't seem to understand my order has already taken 23 days and still not received it when the website and tv adverts say 10 to 15 days so tellingme to email them is a waste of time I've already tried that

I am incredibly disappointed with Abbott Lyon. I purchased the Hammered Initial Figaro Chain Necklace (Gold), which was advertised as “waterproof and sweatproof,” yet it left green stains on my skin — clearly not as described or fit for purpose.
The customer service experience has been nothing short of shocking:
-Multiple representatives gave conflicting information about the refund.
-Refund amounts were repeatedly quoted incorrectly, even after providing screenshots of the correct amount.
-Responses have often felt automated, and it seems no one actually reads previous correspondence.
-Despite providing proof of return, the company processed an incorrect refund, showing a complete lack of accountability.

Overall, the process has been confusing, infuriating, and unnecessarily prolonged.

Even after clear written confirmation of the full refund I am owed, Abbott Lyon refused to process it correctly, forcing me to consider escalation through my bank and Trading Standards.

I had high hopes for Abbott Lyon, but this experience has completely destroyed any trust I had in their products or service. I cannot recommend this company. Buyers should be aware that returns and refunds are likely to be mishandled, even for clearly faulty items.

Ordered a man’s leather bracelet and 2 engraved silver charms for a big birthday. Very disappointed with the charms. Would not recommend. The engravings are so fine they can barely be seen, also they are off centre (had to take a pic and zoom in). Customer Service confirmed it’s common for the engraving to be a bit finer in person due to being enhanced for display on their website. They feel it’s acceptable, I feel I’ve wasted £48.

I have been purchasing items from Abbott Lyon for two years now. My first purchase was Stacey Solomon’s doodle ring which looks so beautiful on my thumb.

Ridiculous Delivery Times. Ordered a necklace for my friend's 30th and when choosing shipping I chose standard which was 7 - 10 days (shocking in 2025 but I had the time). 14 days go by and still no sign of the order. Every few days I would just get a generic email from them to say something unhelpful like they're working on my order or are putting the finishing touches to it but no mention of a delivery date. I got onto their live agent to see where it was, they were unhelpful just kept using the same copy paste language and apologising. Then they said basically it could be up to 22nd October before I receive the order. There was no mention of these crazy wait times on the site as I would have went elsewhere. In 2025 there is just no need for these ridiculously long delivery times and especially when there is so much competition that I have had great experiences with, e.g. Lyontt, Dylan Oaks, etc. There was no help or fix provided by the customer agent, i was just told to wait essentially. My friends birthday has now passed. I would strongly suggest you avoid Abbott Lyon as you'll get better more reliable service elsewhere.

I ordered the Made Mine Ocean Charm Necklace on the 22/08/2025. Today 05/09/2025 I received an email saying that delivery had failed for some reason (not explained to me) and that it would take another 2 weeks for my order to get to me. I understand that it is labelled as customised but it is just a charm necklace. I asked for a refund they gave it to me but it is not really ideal. I would have loved to have that necklace but felt like delivery would keep being an issue.

Avoid this company!! Their jewellery is cheap and not worth the money. They won’t refund you full for any return but try to give you store credit or half the price you paid for your items. Terrible customer service and now I have no refund or items.

STAY AWAY, bought a tennis bracelet which clicked and pulled a very expensive dress, the company gave me credit which I used to get a mini birthstone necklace after less than 2 months the necklace literally came apart and fell off my neck today sent the company pictures but was told as I'd used credit too purchase the necklace they wouldn't do anything so basically I have now two faulty useless pieces of jewellery, there are much better places to buy jewellery from with much better customer service they need closing down, they won't answer my emails either. Daylight robbery

Ordered on 3 separate occasions now and every time I’ve received a faulty item, one of them was personalised so they wouldn’t even let me return or refund even though it was faulty! Customer service isn’t great and since disputing with them, I’ve found out all items come from China. Overpriced! Can find the exact same for more than half the price on other sites.

My first order was damaged, it was returned to sender. They only made me aware after I chased and they had known for a few days. I then asked to reorder as was a present obviously it's was 2 weeks late because it was a made to order item.
Also ordered another bracelet within the order and they sent a letter T pendent instead of the bracelet
Customer service is shocking

This is the first time I have ordered from Abott Lyon. I brought a pearl necklace and another heart necklace and bracelet. The quality was beautiful and customer service was excellent. I will definitely recommend Abott Lyon.

Excellent service. There was confusion over my order because the 2nd order I made came before the 1st order (paperwork in package would have been helpful) but they were very efficient and sorted it all out for me.

Quick and easy delivery. Love the solitaire emerald cut looks fantastic on. The climber earrings look lovely, but my only issue with them is they don't stay in position so I have to move them back to look like they are climbing.
