travel insurance
We use Abbeygate for all our insurances. They give good quotes and call or email us before insurances expire. I like the personal approaches. For the renewal of the travel insurance I received a call from Sandra Rodrigues and she talked me through it. I can highly recommend them.

We would always use Abbeygate for comprehensive car insurance.
We've used Abbeygate since 2017 for all of our car insurance policy's, they offer full comprehensive insurance on older vehicles which is a great advantage. For the last few years Artur has been our main point of contact, very professional via email and always follows up with phone calls, he's excellent to deal with.

excellent insurance brokers with a first class personal service
Having just arrived from the UK I needed help getting insurance for two English cars in a country where I do not yet understand the system.
The team at Abbeygate, and especially Roberto, were completely reassuring in their ability to explain everything perfectly and then went on to arrange all of the insurance that I was needing in a very efficient way.
I will certainly recommend them to friends of mine needing similar products. And I would not hesitate to trust them with all of my insurance needs in future.

Fast, competent and friendly help
I contacted Abbeygate before I bought my first car in Portugal. I was immediately forwarded to Roberto Viegas and within no time I received all relevant infomation from him. After I had finalized the purchase of the car the same day, I called again, and with the previously provided client ID I was connected to Roberto again who remembered me right away. Within a couple of minutes he noted down some last information and I received an email with the whole documentation and a fully valid insurance right away. So, in total: super quick, efficient, friendly and easy!
