Top quality and top customer service!!

I ordered $340 worth of items and expedited shipping ($50 15-20 days) from this company on June 7, 2024. Despite numerous complaints, I still have received nothing. Don't give this company any money they are a sham and will only take your money and not send you ANYTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM

While I was told the package was detained as of June 14, 2024, on July 16, 2024 you told me I could have it resent-- I immediately responded and asked that you resend the package, your system indicated it would, however I have received NO communication since then despite numerous requests for updates, new tracking, anything. Is it your policy that if you allegedly "send" a package and it is detained by customs the customers is out of pocket--good scam. Each iteration appears to be excuses with no evidence that you actually are a store with products to sell.

I placed an order. The site says my order is still processing after 2 weeks. I have reached out to this company multiple times but no one has responded back to me. I paid a lot of money and I haven’t heard anything. Not happy at all.

Ich habe Gürtel bestellt. Problem bei diesem Shop ist, dass man sofort bezahlen muss, aber erst hinterher erfährt, dass Ware nicht verfügbar ist. Zurück gezahlt wird das Geld nicht und man muss dann etwas anderes aussuchen.
Zuvor bekam ich zu kurze Gürtel zugesandt und musste das Geld über PayPal zurückfordern. Freiwillig wurde es nicht zurück überwiesen und man bekam auch kein kostenloses Retourlabel, aber hat dann soweit geklappt mit der Rückforderung. Dann habe ich über WhatsApp in persönlichem Gespräch neu bestellt. Dann hat endlich alles funktioniert und ich bekam sogar ein kleines Geschenk mitgeschickt. Nun ist alles gut !

Second time purchasing an item from them. Ítem is exactly as describe and it arrived in the time frame promised. Items are carefully wrapped and looks professional. I will use them again.

EDITED TO ADD: Yes, they did inform me their PayPal account was “restricted” (as their reply below says). I cannot speak to how they would refund had a paid using a different form of payment. I can only speak to my experience - which was that I didn’t receive my purse and that I had to email multiple times and I have been waiting over a month for my refund. I am not saying they are a “scam,” but I do feel buyers should be extremely cautious! Definitely pay through PayPal! I ordered a purse from this company on 5/7 - after about 7 days, I emailed them because I had not received tracking info. I was told to “be patient.” After another week, I sent two emails - the first went unanswered, the second one advised me my purse was out of stock and asked me to choose another (it still showed in stock on the site). I didn’t want another, so I asked for a refund. They told me my refund would be granted in 72 hours. After this period passed, I again had to email twice to get a response asking where my refund was. They then told me to contact PayPal for my refund. So … I had to begin a PayPal claim. Today, 6/6 - a month later - the PayPal claim was awarded in my favor, and PayPal is refunding me the $269. I will still have to wait on the refund to post to my credit card. Was there ever even a purse in existence? No idea. My experience with aareplica was very negative and lengthy. Thank goodness for PayPal!

WORST eperience with this Chinese company. Do not waste your time and efforts. Item was defective, wrong spelling of the brand on the front of the bag. I took a picture and sent 10 emails but all were sent back as their email does not work. Tried the Whatsapp # and this too does not work. I contacted Paypal and sent all the documentation and was awarded my money back to my credit card.

Got my items and I was a bit worried. But they made the progress fast and easy. Will be ordering again!
