Where other accountants have failed me in the past, Aardvark have excelled. My assigned accountant Ryan has always been extremely helpful, and every enquiry to the support team has been met with polite and friendly responses, even the stupid ones.

As a relative newbie to the accounting needs of a small consulting business, Aardvark made me feel safe, and made every administrative task a simple case of following clear instructions.

I've been with Louisa and her team since the start (2017?) and they've never missed a beat. Always professional, zero mistakes and always available to help. Price is very competitive and there are numerous options to tailor your requirements.
Their preferred software is Freeagent from Natwest, which I think works brilliantly and connects to most banks.

I have never had to deal with tax, as this was always taken off my salary at source. Fast forward 38 years I started up my own company and watched countless videos about the minefield of running my own company with tax, vat, dividends, certificates, corporation tax and self assessment. It did not help and I was confused. I tried other accounts software and that was too confusing.
I was recommended Aardvark by a friend and I am so pleased I went with them. I had my initial online meeting with Ethan at Aardvark who is my business accountant and all my questions were answered which made my shoulders drop and my stomach stopped churning. I can actually concentrate on my work and forget about my accounts.
The account package from Freeagent is so easy to use and intuitive. Everything is linked in with Ethan so I have confidence that I am not missing anything and I am only paying what I need to pay for. This whole package is well worth the money to relive all the stress.
