I ordered a new meet shirt that had a slight defect in it. I got a response from customer service in sub 24hrs who dispatched me a new item. When it arrived it contained a hand written note of apology which was signed off by name. I thought this was really classy and probably not something you would get from other brands. Would definitely recommend as the quality of their products far exceeds other well known brands and although my original item had a small defect my other items and its replacement are of extremely high quality and I trust that they will last.

A7 supporting the British junior team at no cost to us does truly show that this brand cares, unlike other brands. The quality of the kit is top, top notch, and I can not see myself wearing any other brand’s kit now.

Bar grip sized xxl from a7 uk is so much bigger in size than bar grip xxl sized xxl from a7 china official distributor i bought before. You really need to work on the uniformity and consistency in sizes or it’s causing trouble to customers like me.

Absolutely amazing as always. I buy all my competing kit from a7 and not only are they amazing quality but always quick to delivery. Absolutely love the hand written good luck note it’s an amazing touch.

I absolutely love the Defy joggers, however I felt that the way the price advertised of £49.99 should have been honoured - instead the price went up by £10 when I added to my basket for checkout. This feels like dishonesty.

It’s a rarity for me to leave a review but this was hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced.
