Great service
Easy to book. Great airport drop off and pick up service. Punctual and friendly driver (driver 01). Clean smart car. Make sure you book A2C taxis and not Brookfleet which was the previous name and different owner who's service is still operating and much inferior in my opinion.

Last night ordered taxi for 8.20am for the next day turned up at 8.41am, when I got outside I was talking to the council for about 2 minutes as I have a issue with something and the driver had a cheek to beep at me for talking while he was 20 minutes late, made my son late for college

SUPER SERVICE
My faith in A2C cars has been fully restored. We had pre booked a return trip from Birmingham Airport after experiencing a few issues on our original trip to the airport. My thanks to Jason in the office for arranging the pick up from the airport. However the true star was our driver known as No10. He was bang on time, we did not have to wait a second. He was chatty and offered to stop off on the way to buy milk and provisions after our holiday. A true gentleman and am happy to recommend them.

Great all round service!
Have used A2C three times in the last two days as needed to get to and from work as not able to use own car due to weather. All three drivers have arrived on time been very polite and friendly. Had bookings confirmed by text. Prices very reasonable considering road conditions.Driver today phoned to say he would be later than arranged and kept me updated and still got me to work on time. Great all round service!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I received today from A2C Cars. Great communication, arrived exactly on time and even got out of the car when he noticed that I was using a walker, popped it in the boot and then opened the door for me to get in. Driver was friendly and we had a good chat on the journey, lovely feller and so helpful, thank you.

On time collection from Birmingham Airport.
When we were taken to the airport by an A2C taxi driver we gave him a card provided by A2C with details of our return flight including arrival time.
On our return, we phoned A2C after going through Passport Control to let them know. We were asked to phone again when we had collected our luggage and told that the driver was waiting close to the airport. This we did and we were told the type and colour of the car and the Reg No. and we were told to wait in the short stay car park. Only had to wait about 5 minutes.
The driver was helpful and friendly and also a good steady driver.
Happy to recommend.
