Pink Moves Ltd  Omdömen

A1 made our removal day go very smoothly, very nice, helpful people. Would highly recommend.

A1 Removals were very professional and took great care of our household goods and furniture. After our horrific experience with the previous company it was a pleasure to have A1 move us. Thank you for your friendliness and great attitude.
Will definitely have A1 move us in the future.

Great job by Jon and team A1. They were really understanding and accommodating when we had to keep changing our move date, going the extra mile to help. On the day, they arrived on time, treating our belongings with respect and worked amazingly hard to move us. Irish and his team were awesome, hats off to them for making the day go amazingly smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jon and his team.

Very friendly team, I was anxious as I have never used a removal company before. They worked a Saturday especially to help me and done a brilliant job. Would definitely use again and recommend! Such a hard working team! Thank you!

It was a hassle free service for a long distance of 380 miles. Thank you.

Excellent outdoor cabinet that was delivered the next day. Very pleased with the item also great value for money. Thanks

Excellent service. Really friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend A1 to other people

Our moving experience was made all the better with the invaluable help from Jon and his team at A1 removals. They arrived promptly on the day, organised and well equipped. All the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.

Irish and his team went the extra mile and then some in our recent house move. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service great prices would recommend

I have had the pleasure of working with A1 Removals several times on commercial projects and commissioned their services again to assist with the relocation of our head offices. The move had to be completed in one weekend with no contingency and A1 Removals were the right team for this task. They are well organised, efficient and very much invested in completing your tasks to a high standard. The move was completed on time, on budget with zero damages.
I would highly recommend A1 Removals for commercial and domestic moves.

Amazing service. Very smooth and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Easy to contact. Concise update and payment details from Jon the boss. The 3 guys who turned up with a van each were helpful and very thorough. We were moving our home contents to a storage unit at A1 storage. Very helpful overall and would highly recommend.

A1 were brilliant and I would recommend them to all. Friendly , very helpful and went above and beyond to move all my belongings.
Excellent service.

Carly

Staff arrived at 0800 and after a brief look round the house they got to work and worked hard all day.
Could fault the staff at all they were pleasant happy and clearly got on well as a team and the result was a stress free move with every bit of furniture moved undamaged and what was broken down for the move was rebuilt at the new house.
Great team and would use again

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team were all so helpful and friendly. Thank you

The move in June went well, my home had to go in storage as my house purchase fell through. This is where it went wrong. I asked Jon where my things were so I could add a few things into the storage unit, he said he had had to put things in 2, so I said I would leave it till it was all in 1. When I finally moved I went to the storage unit and was mortified the way things had been put in. I removed everything in the unit, whilst doing this I found that the top of my dresser had been broken and put in a bag, I told Jon this and his attitude was, well you moved it you must have broken it.
I then realised that my 2 tvs were missing amongst other things like 3 large mirrors, a book case and some family pictures.
After several emails telling me they did not have any of these items and to claim on my insurance the 2 tvs turned up and they were delivered to me.
To date I am still waiting for the other items to turn up, Jon's attitude changed from when we were arranging the move to when I asked where things were. Starts off really nice and pleasant then is extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He should have made more effort to find where he had stored my things, not expensive, but some things are irreplaceable, not that Jon cared.
I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Update following response from Jon
This has been copied from your email Jon dated 25 June-
The container at lift and shift will be moved to mine within 2 weeks. It’s full to the door. The rest went to my site into a temporary container.
Thats how you fit 2 into 1
This shows that you put things in 2 places, in fact 4 places 2 containers and your office and a storeroom where the tvs were found. I never knew what was put in your office, other than a chair, now you tell me I knew the tvs were there, that's funny as no one knew where they were until someone spoke to some one who has left your employ. You should just own up and say you were wrong. I would like to think that when you do find my large mirrors and family pictures you will be man enough to say, sorry and here they are. Or perhaps you are the sort that will find them and rather that admit you were wrong you will just destroy them.
With regards to the damaged dresser I will repair it, but I did not break it.

Fantastic service an would highly recommend. And Irish is a very helpful an gentleman

Great team work with due care and attention. They arrived on time in two vans and handled our furniture with great care, nothing was too much trouble and a very friendly team of people.
The price was very competitive and I would recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again for our next move in 2022. Thanks to everyone at A1 Removals Ltd.
