Thank you so much for leaving this wonderful 5-star review — it means a lot to us. We really appreciate you choosing us for your move, and I’m so glad to hear that Irish and Dave took good care of you on such a long, hot day. They always work hard, but it’s great to see their efforts recognised.
Thanks again for your recommendation and support — it genuinely means a lot. Wishing you all the very best in your new place.

Thank you so much for leaving us a wonderful review — it really means a lot to us to have you come back a second time! It’s always a pleasure helping you move, and we’re so glad we could take a bit of the stress (and maybe a few boxes!) off your shoulders. We will look after your Furniture and snooker table in our indoor storage facility ( and not play on it! ) Our very best wishes.
Absolutely amazing job…
I had 3 companies come to the house to quote for removals and I immediately clicked with Jon, finding him professional, approachable and understanding. I could tell that he takes utmost pride in what he does and felt confident that my move was in safe hands, especially as we were moving two houses into one on the same day!
I have a large collection of vintage glass which Jon kindly took to my mum’s house the day before so I didn’t have to worry about it on moving day.
His email correspondence throughout the whole process was always helpful, reassuring, and made me smile - particularly his descriptions of the men who would be doing the work on moving day!
The guys did an absolutely amazing job with my move. They worked tirelessly in ridiculous heat and never once complained. They were helpful and polite at all times and were always happy to move things if something was in the wrong place etc.
Service with a smile and I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Hi Ally,
Thank you so much for your fantastic review – you’ve properly made my day! It was such a pleasure meeting you, and I’m really glad we clicked straight away. I always aim to make people feel confident they’re in safe hands, especially with a move as big (and as wonderfully chaotic!) as combining two houses in one day.
I’m chuffed that you appreciated the little extra touches, like getting your vintage glass safely to your mum’s – I know how much that meant, and it was no trouble at all. Honestly, I was just trying to earn extra brownie points! 😉
And I have to say – you handled my email ramblings about the crew like a pro! Now you’ve officially met Irish (still not Irish – but he loves people asking why), Chris the Lycra-wearing wrestler with his Hulk Hogan flair, and Artjomas – our undercover Latvian who moves like a breeze until he starts chatting and gives himself away. I hope you remembered to tell them “Really, how rude!” if they slipped into their own language – that always winds them up! 😂
I’m so glad the guys impressed you with their hard work and smiles – even in that heat! They’re a great bunch, and I’m proud of them every day.
Thanks again for trusting us with your big move – and for being such a lovely person to work with. Wishing you all the best in your new home (with everything in the right place, eventually!).
Take care,
Jon & the very ‘ pink ‘ team

Thank you so much for your amazing review. We’re more than happy to assist, especially when it’s in support of such an incredible charity. The work you do is nothing short of superhero-level and truly an inspiration to everyone. It was a pleasure to help take some of the stress off your shoulders – you really deserve it.
Looking forward to working with you again in the future!
A Great Team in Pink!
The removal team were very friendly, efficient and careful. Nothing was too much trouble, even when putting our wardrobe back together, through no fault of their own, didn't quite go to plan; they carried on until it was sorted. They remained positive the whole time, even though they were working in +30 degree heat.

Thank you so much, Geraldine, for your lovely review!
It was a real pleasure helping you and David with your move — even in that +30 degree heat! We always aim to deliver a service we can be proud of, so although the wardrobe didn’t go back together as smoothly as expected, we weren’t comfortable leaving the back panels the way they were. It took some extra time and effort to adapt and rebuild it properly, but we were happy to do it — and of course, at no extra charge. We’re perfectionists through and through!
It was also lovely to see your cat again. After the warning it might scratch, I’m pleased to say I got away safely this time — very well behaved in the end!
Wishing you both all the very best in your new home, and thanks again for having us.

Excellent communication and service…
Excellent communication and service provided by A1 Removals. It wasn’t the biggest job a handmade bookcase was taken from King’s Lynn to Brighton. Would certainly recommend and will use them again, when I’m ready to move in the next few months. The driver was brilliant apologies I’ve forgotten his name - thank you. 🤩

Amazing service! 100% satisfied
I contacted Jon after seeing the great reviews on Google. I was immediately impressed by how well he handled my initial enquiry. The team was very flexible with scheduling and offered the best price in King’s Lynn, even though we wanted to move on a bank holiday weekend.
On moving day, they arrived right on time and carried out the entire process seamlessly. It was completely stress-free for us. All of our belongings were handled with great care and attention. Their team was not only efficient but also very friendly throughout.
We are extremely satisfied with the service and truly glad we chose this team for our move. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service. You won’t be disappointed—100% satisfied!

We really appreciate your support and look forward to helping again… though hopefully not too soon – moving once is enough for most!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Coming from a former fellow removal company owner, your kind words really mean a lot to us. We know how much care and attention every move demands, especially when helping someone who needs that extra support.
Our team always treats every job like it’s their own family’s belongings — with care, respect, and maybe a bit of sweat too! We’re really glad we could step in and make a difference for your friend.
Thanks again for recommending us — hearing it from someone who’s been in the business truly makes our day. Here’s to keeping the standards high and the moves smooth!
Look forward to our coffee meet up very soon!

Had a conversation with the owner of the company that told me everything would be put right, three months down the line this issue is still not resolved asked for insurance company details to be told i was not insured as I paid CASH….

5 star service
After being let down at the last minute A1 removals stepped in and saved the day. Right from our initial contact they were professional and so helpful. On the day they arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us even after everything was unloaded they asked if we needed anything moving around. The previous owners had been let down with their van and were running late all their belongings in the garden so the guys helped them load it onto their van to speed things along. I have moved many times and these guys were definitely the best and very reasonable 5 stars from us.

I can’t thank John and Gemma enough. I think it’s important that I can name them. They looked at the task of bringing my storage to Croatia and they arrived at a very affordable plan to deliver as soon as possible. No bureaucracy, forms, hidden charges or corporate bs. Just real people.
I have trusted them with these items for nine years and I never received any communications other than the rent is due when you’re ready to pay for it.
I recommend these guys to anyone.

A1 Removals offered a mostly positive experience with their efficient and friendly service. They provided a competitive quote and handled the furniture with care, using protective materials to ensure everything arrived undamaged. The team was considerate in accommodating last-minute changes, working diligently to move contents promptly. Although there were a few concerns in past experiences, the professionalism and dedication displayed by the team, especially Irish, made the move smoother during what can be a stressful time. Overall, it's a reliable service worth considering. 4 stars.
