I’ve been using A1’s service regularly for about a year now—roughly once a month—and I’m very satisfied. What sets this service apart for me is that A1 is incredibly flexible and responds very quickly; even if something needs to be handled on the fly, it’s no problem at all.
The value for money is perfect.... I highly recommend it to everyone.

I had two very bad experiences with drivers from this service. On both occasions, the drivers were driving far too fast and in a way that felt unsafe and careless.

They did not respect speed limits and seemed to be in a rush, which made the journey very stressful and uncomfortable. As a passenger, safety should always come first, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

After experiencing this twice, I am quite concerned about the overall standards of the service. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves driver training and safety measures.

I would not feel confident using this service again unless significant changes are made.

Used this company twice this week. On first journey the driver was texting while driving for much of the journey. The second driver arrived in a vehicle that had dents in it and as dirty. Can’t really recommend them.
