Kyle from 99puritypeptides worked with our marketing company for a short period. After my team clearly explained our services and what we do and DON'T do, he misunderstood the scope on the call, expecting services which were not covered in his pricing plan. Continues to leave a 1 star review on our Google.

We reach out to him, show him the call recording and logs, clearly explaining to him that he misunderstood. Still leaves the negative review up.

We then take another step towards him and offer him a full refund to make sure he's satisfied (even though he used our accounts), he agrees to remove the review. It is still up there and he's been unresponsive to all of our messages. When a mutual contact who he works with gets involved, he still doesn't remove the review.

A man only has his word to go by, and clearly Kyle's word doesn't mean much. Speaks volumes about his character.

My overall experience was great! My peptides were delivered fast and ahead of schedule. Website was super easy to navigate. They also have the best prices. I would highly recommend choosing them as your peptide supplier 🔥

I cannot recommend 99 Purity Peptides based on my experience with the products and with the owner, Kyle Belk.

The quality problems began with the first vials I received. My first tesamorelin/ipamorelin vial appeared to have a moisture spot from improper freeze-drying. A replacement was sent, but that vial gelled and became cloudy after reconstitution, making me uncomfortable using it.

The next replacement arrived with a misspelled label, and the ipamorelin dosage was completely missing from the label. Kyle assured me that it was the correct product, so I reconstituted it. This time, the vial contained numerous visible particles that would not dissolve. Kyle told me it was still good to use, but I was not willing to inject a questionable product containing unidentified particles.

I also purchased SS-31. The first vial appeared fine, but the second one gelled in the same way as the tesamorelin/ipamorelin. A replacement was eventually sent and appeared usable.

When I recently asked whether another replacement for the tesamorelin/ipamorelin would be sent, Kyle complained that correcting these problems was costing him money. After I told him to stop sending me defective products, the conversation escalated, and he told me to “fuc$ off,” called me broke and ungrateful, and made other insulting remarks.

Expecting a properly manufactured product with an accurate label—especially something intended for injection—is not being ungrateful. Customers deserve to know exactly what they are receiving and to have legitimate quality concerns treated seriously.

Kyle repeatedly blamed his suppliers and told me that other vials from the same batch were fine. That did not address the visible problems with the specific vials I received, nor did it give me confidence that they were safe to use.

Kyle also represented that the products came from a 503A pharmacy. However, I was never issued a prescription or provided documentation verifying that claim. Because 503A compounding pharmacies generally prepare prescription-based medications for identified patients, I believe customers should independently verify any such representation before purchasing or using these products.

My review is based on the products I personally received, the visible issues I encountered, and my direct communications with Kyle Belk. After multiple questionable vials, labeling errors, unresolved particles, and an extremely unprofessional response from the owner, I will not purchase from 99 Purity Peptides again.
