Good service
The tyre I wanted wasn't in stock but was ordered, and I was advised when it was ready to be picked up from the store of my choice. The staff at the store were courteous.

So far really pleased with 99 bikes and I highly recomend
I ordered an electric bike online and paid for it to be put together and delivered. Communication was clear and bike delivered on time. Subsequent visits to the Midland shop have been excellent, the same guy has served me twice, Kieran and he was super helpful.
