Poor start but now good

The bike has performed well aside from the initial setup. All settings initially were at minimums. Supplied hand grips were very uncomfortable. The seat came loose while I was riding. A far cry from the perfect first ride alluded to in the advertising.

After extensive adjustment by me of all but the gears, the bike is now very comfortable

Excellent service

Excellent service. Click and Collect item was missing, staff responded to email straight away and ensured item was available immediately. Always helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

I chose the wrong bike for my daughter…

I chose the wrong bike for my daughter at first, but it was very easy to exchange it for the right one. Buying from the website was easy (initial mistake was my own fault).

Excellent

Excellent - my model was in stock, seamless pickup, did a test of the bike, was given the warranty and helped to load it into my car! very much enjoyed my experience - this was my second purchase and would use 99 bikes again if i need a new bike or accessories!
