It's a fake website. I ordered powerbank and I didn't get it. There was no confirmation email on my email. The phone number is not working. No response from them.

I order a gobolt mustang tws on 13 April 2026 and it delevery 14 to 15 April. I pay it on upi it's price show me on 999 but upi and cod (cass on delivery) both options are select but payment on upi it's final price show me 300. My payment done and I wait till now but when I see after 2 day they auto logout I thought it's a normal but when o check my order I see nothing on there my order was gone it's nothing there.

It's a fake site why google recomend this I don't know.

I recently purchased a seagate hard disk since it was on discount on this site. It showed processing even after payment was made. The customer care provided on the website is of Amazon Delivery. I reported it to the Cyber Crime Cell as well as bank grievance centre.

One of the mobile number provided is of a physical store with same name in Punjab and they have no website. When I checked more about the website, I figured out that people have reported similar case on several platforms. I am not sure how this kind of fraud can be done so openly with no action by the government. Let's see if I will get any refund or not.

This is a fake website. Just to try it out, I tried to place an order via cash on delivery but while checking out it still asked for 30% advance payment through UPI payment and after payment to UPI QR it cancelled my order. The name showed as Ravi Kumar while paying.
The contact number provided it the website belongs to Amazon Delivery customer care support.
The issue is when I searched for the product I ordered on google it showed this website price comparison side by side to amazon India alongwith price history even though this website has been reported by hundreds of people

I'm raising awareness about this scam.

recently purchased a hard disk since it was on discount on this site, worth 4500/-. I did not receive any updates over SMS / email / WhatsApp. When I tried contacting their custom care number through WhatsApp and call, but there was no reply, and even the number is invalid (as per operators).

The second grievance number displayed on their Grievance Officer - 93Mobiles page, is of Myntra and when I looked at Myntra's grievance page, I realized that it's definitely a scam, since they copied Myntra's grievance page as it is.

Fully fake website and they are fraud I lost my money

My order #41924 is yet to deliver since 25th Feb 2025.
However, the next day my order status was showing "Delivered" inspite of canceling my order on the same day. The money is also withheld and not refunded. Now after two weeks the order page shows "No order has been made yet".
This is a fake website and doing scams by showing very low price to lure people.

Minus me rating hoti ho wo deta m is website owner ko. Sale dhoka krk fraud krk ek normal insan ki mehnat ki kamaayi kha jate ho. Well Haraam k pese to do gune hokr liye jate h.. Just wait.

They are cheating people by asking for advance payment and rest payment at the time of product delivery. They are not replying at any contact. Also if you are paying the amount it is going to a individual name . Be cautious and don't buy anything from them . T

Dear all, BEWARE 93MOBILES is a fraudulent e-commerce website which google recommended to me. I purchased a product online on 14 dec 24 from them through UPI transaction of amount Rs. 2239.10. After the payment, no SMS or mail came, they are not responding my calls and upon checking online reviews, I found out that their website is FRAUD, and either they will not refund the money, or they will deliver fake products like soap etc. to the client. I am being scammed, felt cheated and helpless. I have already complained in the bank portal and national cybercrime portal regarding it.
