Generally speaking, for someone who is wheat, gluten and dairy free and don’t want to snack on muffins full of butter and sugar, 8Foods is really fantastic! Love their brownies and cinnamon bagels! They are filling, tasty, and most importantly, suit my low-carbs diet and food intolerances! There are certain products that taste better than others.

I haven't eaten all the food we ordered but my thoughts on the experience of ordering from Keto8 are:
1- the ordering service was fine but it suggested at checkout that it was overnight delivery. i therefore changed the delivery address the place i would be the following day. in fact it was not delivered for another 5 days, and on a day i was not at the delivery address. This could do with being clearer on the website.
2- the cakes do not look like they do in the pictures. They arrived quite squashed and wet looking, not fluffy and more 'cake' like in the pictures.
3 - the caramel slice does not taste of caramel, in fact it doesn't taste of much. But it is pleasant and vaguely sweet and high fat so if you are looking for a keto snack for fuel this would work. I don't think i will get that one again though.
4 - the gingerbread loaf is very lovely indeed. the squidgy slightly moist texture works well to give a good gingerbread effect. I will definately buy this again.
5 - The victoria sandwich was disappointing. the jam in the middle is spread very thinly, so much so you can't taste it much. the cake is heavy. But i added some keto jam and some cream and i did enjoy it. not sure i would buy it again.
i am looking forward to trying out the rest of the goodies over the next few weeks.

Loved the Bagels and small Brown buns and the chocolate and banana loaf was very good a real treat and all keto friendly

Good options for 'bread' when you just need that fix, but I do find they contain quite a lot of nut shell which means I chew carefully!

My wife and I are on low carb eating and 8 foods products help to enhance and liven up our craving for sweet stuff. Some of the products we have tried and not liked, others are really yummy. I particularly like the fig and apple loaf and the gingerbread. The Victoria Sponge isn't too bad . Looking forward to trying out other products.

Lovely products albeit a little pricey but worth a bit extra for the occasional keto treat. The kale crisps are delicious as are the almond bites. Blondie cake very tasty.

I am a bread addict the bagels fitted the bill perfectly looking forward to the rest of my shopping and will definitely be a regular customer in future x

I have been following a keto diet for over two years but had not come across 8foods until recently. The products really are excellent and different to others I have tried. I particularly love the caramel bites. The price is not cheap but the offers are good. I bulk buy and freeze. Delivery is next day because of the short shelf life but that means you can plan when to order. Overall thoroughly recommend this company
