Hi Robert, we are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your phone. After speaking with our support team it looks like they reached out to let you know there was an issue with your cell phone provider on 1/31 and preemptively went into your account to adjust some settings and see if they could solve the problem. Unfortunately, even when we called your direct cell phone line from an outside personal line it was still going straight to your voicemail. Our team has reached out several times via email and phone to help over the last week. Please email us at support@800.com so they can help troubleshoot this with your cell phone provider.
