7m Rent a Car Omdömen 

We had to wait about 1 hour, because the Lady in the office couldn´t find our reservation in the system. It was not her mistake, but we had a pre-paid reservation, confirmation and also an extra answer of our e-mail one day before arrival. She tried to get an answer from the main office several times. (she did her best, that´s the two star´s). For cruise passengers with limited time to visit the island it´s a bad experience.

Die Abwicklung war perfekt und wir haben für unsere nächste Reise nach Madeira wieder gebucht. Gerne hätten wir auch 5 Sterne vergeben, jedoch waren sehr viele Gebrauchsspuren an dem Fahrzeug. Dies war zwar kein Problem für uns, jedoch reicht es deshalb nicht für den 5. Stern.

I wish I have read the reviews before I rented a car here! They gave us a Fiat panda with awful breaks, we spent a morning just to change vehicle and even charged us 140€ extra because we arrived 15min later. Zero costumer support as well. This is a scam... Destroyed our Hollidays!

Seit mehreren Jahren mieten wir bei 7M unseren Mietwagen, Rundum ein Top Service und keinerlei Probleme

Lots of offices around funhcal, good prices.
The only issue, the extra driver is 10 euros per day, so when you rent for a long time, it adds up, 30 days 300 euros! Normally, the additional payment is for the first x days. Good for a short rental, a week or so.

Auto wypożyczone od niedzieli miało być dostarczone na lotnisko i tak się nie stało.
Dzwoniliśmy pisaliśmy nikt nie odbierał.Z lotniska musieliśmy wsiąść taxi żeby dostać się do naszego domu.Od samego rana w poniedziałek zaczęliśmy się kontaktować z wypożyczalnia i ku naszemu zdziwieniu powiedzieli że samochód został dostarczony czyli odebrany przez nas.Koniec końcem wyklucilismy nasz wypożyczony i opłacony samochód oczywiście bez żadnych przeprosiny jak by nic się nie stało.Dlatego chcemy ostrzec przed tą firmą my napewno nie skorzystamy a gdybyśmy nie znali języka angielskiego to napewno byśmy nie dostali auta ani pieniędzy. Więc ocena jest adekwatna do tego jak zostaliśmy potraktowani i próbowali nas oszukać.

The car we rented from Sunday was supposed to be delivered to the airport, but it wasn't.
We called and wrote emails, but no one answered. We had to take a taxi from the airport to get to our house. From Monday morning, we started contacting the rental company, and to our surprise, they claimed the car had been delivered, meaning we had picked it up. In the end, we canceled the rented and paid car, of course, without any apology as if nothing had happened.
Therefore, we want to warn others about this company. We definitely will not use their services again, and if we didn't speak English, we definitely wouldn't have received the car or our money.
So, the rating reflects how we were treated and how they tried to deceive us.

Sehr freundliche und fleißige Bedienung. Morgens zwar etwas voll und Wartezeit - aber man ist eben nicht alleine im Urlaub.
Bremsen waren jedes Mal 1a (wichtig auf Madeira)
Rückgabe ohne Probleme.

the car was with empty tank (full tank policy). They were late 45 min. Puted wrong baby seat and 1 month before rent I asked for smaller car, but did not get refund due to the price difference. The car I get was good.

Easy booking online and promptly answer email questions. Easy uploading documents and no delay collection. Happy and friendly staff. Good spec car, comfortable driving

I've rent a car for 4 weeks over christmas & new year from "7m Rent a car" in Canico de Baixo. The service was excellent from the staff. All existing damages have been documented carefully by photo and an appropriate document. The staff did also not tried to sell unnesessary insurance. Unfortunately the car I've rented had a gearbox damage. The car was replaced in less than half a day by another car. The value for money was also acceptable. I was vey satisfied with this car rental agency.

Very good customer service, fresh cars, no problem with returning car. We also get better car than we order! I can recommend with no worries!

I lost one day because of bad communication, and you give me a very bad car.

Viatura alugada e recolhida no parque automóvel atrás do aeroporto.
Viatura não estava com boa aparência e apresentava alguns desgastes.

Almost perfect.
Uncomplicated process, nice staff, punctual, clean, cheap, only 1/2 full tank - but only 1/2 full tank was returned, almost a new car but with lots of dents - but there were no problems when returning the vehicle.
Easy living - no problems. Thanks
