Loved the loyalty rewards, they kept me playing!

Stay away from it was trying to withdraw money off them for 2 weeks done all my id checks etc just for them to constantly reject my withdrawal ended up playing with all the money and closing my account down

Please stay away from this casino. It’s far from being legit or safe in any way. They are harassing you with plenty of messages and emails daily. The only deposit method they have available is crypto which I think you will find it very awkward as bank or apple pay is also there but unusable. Some woman called Julia who barely speaks English calls you and ask you to play or if you want bonuses and she is quite insistent about playing. I have never encountered such an horrible experience. This is far from being legit since someone is calling you and begging you to play.

Would give 0 if I could! Absolutely fed up of receiving junk text messages forwarding me on to your website! I don’t gamble at all, Every night I receive a text message ‘ Everything is set and confirmed’ rag off!

I initially had issues with the casino , however if you work with their friendly customer service they really will go above and beyond for you! Thank you lucky mister. Email replies are fast. This website is not a scam. Withdrawal times are just longer- and agree that 400 euro withdrawal limit is not ideal especially if you win a large amount. Maybe this is something they could amend in the future. But my experience has been positive ⭐️

PLEASE DO NOT use this site. I won a large amount of money. Which they refuse to let me withdraw. I had nearly 140’000 euros, and they have given me 300 euros. I am fuming. This company is not legit. They are scammers. I won’t be letting it drop though

Big scammers!!! Don’t use, took all my money off me, can’t withdraw to your visa if deposited. Have to use bitcoin or Mastercard. Minimal withdrawal is 150, max is 400. How ridiculous. No licence to this casino.

SCAMMERS!!! Highly frustrating experience they don’t let you withdraw your money even after jumping through all their stupid little hoops for verification which no other online casino requires.! Fraudulent scam artists stealing money from people.

After you give them lots of personal info, proof of address, id selfie and bank accounts, they still won t let you withdraw the money and they chase you with phone calls and messages if you stop playing. Avoid!

I have never wrote a review in my life but I had to come here to confirm what the other comments say.

I won over €1,000 and they wiped the full amount from my account and said that I breached the bonus rules by increasing my bet to over €2. That wasn’t made clear at the start.
When I queried it they said I should of made myself familiar with their pages and pages of terms and conditions.
The worst part is that they’ve left my original €40 on the account but you can only withdraw between €150 and €400

Scammers was told I needed to play through a certain amount because I had a bonus funds which I've done they said I needed to make a €2 bet anything over that it would not count they never said plain anything over to you to euros would jeopardise the bonus so i made lots of €2 bets and I was lucky enough to get a big win which was €2500 I started to withdraw yesterday and they've now rang me today saying that I breached the bonus which is a load of rubbish and they have took all these winnings off me complete scam artists stay away they i have screnshots showing my winnings

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I won £1300 they wouldn’t let me withdraw it until I wagered another £430 I wagered that and they still have declined it and now emptied my full balance on my account. I have all screenshots of the money in my account and their agents telling me I need to spend £430 more and I can withdraw it they are the worst casino I’ve ever played with donbet and golden casino are 10x better than these do not use them they take your money but don’t pay out after spending all day trying to verify all my details asking me to take a selfie holding my driving license no other company has ever asked for that

I would rate this a zero uploaded documents and never verified them the latest chat was the icing on scam site as they take visa payments but don’t refund to visa …???? And I don’t have Mastercard just a scam site don’t use

Never had a problem. I uploaded all my id and card details. Only bad thing is it’s a maximum of £400 a time but you get your money 2 days later.
