Their delivery and return service is horrible. I got the msg at 8am that your delivery is on the way. They came at 5.30pm when i had left my office . And the delivery guy is arguing with me that if not today , then maybe we can deliver a day or 2, he doesnt know!
I remember i had the same issue while trying to return an order last time.
Unacceptable!
Please do improve on your delivery services!

Such a horrible website , it's almost a scam I order and never get your order

Very bad service, the call center doesn't how to do their job. If you have any kind of problem no one will connect you and could help with that. Very rude service. Still waiting for my money! And they always promise you a 24-hour callback! That manager will connect with you!!! But there is no manager!!!! Never will order again!!! And not recommend!

I ordered two Steve madded handbags they sent me an email states its delivered while package is not delivered I tried to call, they told me, they will make a follow up they get back to me after 48hours until today they never call me, they don't even reply to my emails, so I don't recommend any one to use this app they are scamming people.

Im not gonna use the app again. The delivery date kept getting delayed. I called the customer service and they said its 12 working days and not the one stated on the purchase. But after 13 working days, still no delivery. Very bad service. Dont buy international products. You'll be very disappointed.

I have ordered two shoes from their app, after 3 days they sent me an email that we delivered the items while nobody delivered anything to me. I called them and raise the complaint, they told me driver set the fake delivery and tomorrow you will receive it. Now days passed and I haven’t received anything. They did not emailed me for complain or anything. They just giving me fake promises every time I call. I made a mistake to paid and bought from them, I don’t recommend their service and this was last time I will buy from them.

same scenario, they didn't follow the rule of 3-5days delivery specially when sale. I ordered since nov.11 then they send me message that the delivery is today nov.16 then after how many minutes they send me message that it will send on Nov.18. They make it more delayed until the sale is finish then after they gonna cancelled it same what they did to me last time. I thought that they not gonna do it again but here we go again.

Worst experience ever I will never shop with them again. Never, they delayed me for my flight and kept never delivered on time and the worst part is the disorganisation in their operations.

I ordered a Charles and Keith bag from this store, and they sent me something that has been pressed causing the bag to lose its shape. Plus, the bag has a lot of stain at the bottom. The delivery was also delayed. Take note, this is the first time I ordered from them and they proved me why it should be the last.

Save yourself from stress by uninstalling their app.

Don’t trust them when it comes to international items. Their system is very poor, they don’t know the whereabouts and CSRs are not aware of the last conversations. They will just keep on telling customers to get back within 48hrs. Delivery date specified on their site is within 7 working days. However, it took almost a month to wait their very professional response by cancelling my order without any call or message.

My purchase was supposed to come on 22,but of course didn't happen so I reached the company through email and they assure me they were going to deliver it on 25 as on 26 I was going out of country so no need of the item after that anymore.
But of course it wasn't delivered and they told me it will be delivered by 9pm which didn't happened and they stopped responding to my emails

I am writing to complain about the delivery delays I am experiencing on my orders. I placed my order and they were supposed to be delivered on time, but after 5 days they still haven't arrived.

I have contacted the customer service several times and they are unable to resolve the issue. I am so frustrated with the delivery delay that I have canceled my order

Ordered a backpack in a desing and color but they send me diffrent color and diffrent design 3 times.
wasted too much time and hassle over explaining everything whenever they send me same wrong item everytime. and they could not show it in better way that they could not care less about their customer's time and effort by sending same wrong item 3 times as replacement and at the end when their unprofessional staff couldn't figure out how to find the cause of the issue and solve it, they decided to free themselves from trying a bit harder in helping by redirecting me to return and refund option, where I had to wait ages to get my refund and never questions the time and the energy I put into their useless support for the mistake they could resolve easily if they could care a little more!!! Such a bummer experience I had with them apart from other disappointing things I faced with other orders I had with them like sending clothes with safety security pin still attached to the cloth and asking me to go to their physical store to remove it like if I wanted to put time in doing such thing why would ever bother to buy online from them.

And in all these tensions they cause me there was zero effort in either solving the problem or come up with decent appologise for their mistakes.

I wonder with this kind of services they provide how they still mange to run their business...

Bad service. Order confirmed (!), delayed, rescheduled three times and later got cancelled because item was "not available" and 7 business days for refunding. The company is just being credited with customer's funds for free.

I've had a great shopping experience so far. I shopped in Dec 2022 and currently in Sept 2023. The service was swift and delivery was way faster than what I had even asked for. Placed my order on Sunday afternoon. My items were delivered Monday afternoon. Everything was intact. I would definitely shop again and I highly recommend.

Sold me a GUESS tort bag with a damage and i had to return after few days later since it was gifted to my wife on her bday. Company claimed to accept since it was missing barcode and i don't recall any since it was in a see through bag. Along with the order there were x5 pairs of shoes delivered with boxes but the most expensive one (800 AED) in a see through bag.

Bad Customer Service

I have ordered and paid online some items and had it cancelled cause I had to add more items. I ordered it 18th of August but still hasn't received the refund. I sent them an email and they have said that they have already refunded it and it will take 5-7 working days for it to be credited on my bank account and I was advised that if it is still not reflecting on my account I should call my bank. I called the bank and there was no refund that was credited on my account and the bank's CS told me to ask for Proof of Refund from 6th Street. I sent 6th street an email for the proof of refund but until they asked me to send my ban statement instead. I have been following for them for a week and no reply at all.

Worst experience ever. Do not order from this app.
