Worst experience, very unprofessional

Its been nearly 6 months since my speed dropped and i made several complaints and even left a review here as well after which they asked for my details and i provided, but nobody contacted me. They’re the worst internet providers. Worst customer service.

Router problem

2-5-24. Router problem. Very polite, helpful and clear instructions from Denzil to resolve.

10-05-24 UPDATE. Promised a new router would be dispatched 3-5 working days, still awaiting delivery. Internet continually dropping out and unreliable. Supposed to be 100Mbps, currently running at 5-10Mbps or less. Been told by the tech operator that there is NO RECORD of a new router being dispatched, so someone is lying and it is not me.

So our 6g experience has been good but to customers who say about low speeds there are 2 different GHz bands you have 2.4 GHz and 5GHz, both Xbox and PlayStation are setup on the 5Ghz band with speeds up to 100mb but never below 75mb and the rest of the devices at home i.e phones and Google home are set on the 2.4ghz with speed ranges of 24mb to 52mb. Don't think in the time we have had 6g we have had a disconnect it's been constantly on as far as I know.

So Before you call Customer services try using the 5ghz band of the router I think you will be surprised how good the speed and connection is.

If you listen to one thing then avoid these

Be warned - didn’t get a good signal - cheaper and more reliable services available with leading providers - don’t go to these back street people.

Also giving these money is making towns look cr@p as they put them stupid poles up everywhere.

can’t get through on the phone if you do you will be told they will call you back they don’t
Told our internet would be live on the 1st
Received our router tried to connect and nothing
Finally managed to get through to them eventually to be told the order had been cancelled. Now left with no internet till I can sort something else

I've been trying to cancel these clowns for months. Every time they change their mind about when I can cancel. Now its after the router was returned. Clowns and a total rip off. Do not use. You have been warned.

Denzel is the man!

I was having issues with the internet and my speeds were criminally slow. I rang up, spoke to Denzel who was not only a really nice guy but sorted my issues straight away. Honestly I cant say a bad word about this guy and the service I got once I got through.

APPALLING!
Wifi worked for a few days after installation then never worked, constantly dropped out, and spent hours trying to speak with customer service, charged an extra £10 per month for the mesh system that never worked. When I tried to cancel, they told me the charge was £350.00 cancellation charge. Awful customer service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
A contract agreement was made between two parties, supplier failed to supply service, yet still charged us.

Worst Internet and Customer Service FY5

Update 1st June - still the worse internet. Never works. No one answers phone on technical support. They are a complete rip off. I never have internet that works but I have to pay for another 12 months. You stay on hold for 30 mins then they cut you off.

Worst internet and customer service I have ever experienced. Do not put yourself through the pain. I have had 12 months of intermittent, rubbish internet. The customer service has become non existent. I have been waiting for a call back for over 6 weeks. I email and call regularly and get automated responses with no outcome. I will be taking it further.

Poor service, still no connection.

Good evening,
I have been with 6G Internet almost 5 years now, at first when I was under the 2 year contract the Internet speed and connections were causing issues, however this somewhat improved over time. This morning I lost Internet connection around 10.30am, I rang 6g 45 minutes later and Charles was not very helpful he said he couldn't do much and would pass the issue over to a senior colleague who should help resolve the matter soon and I would be updated. With no updates by 2.30pm I rang them again and spoke to Denzel who wasn't much help either having done few basic checks and said I've spoken to my senior colleague who is onto the matter and we should resolve it by the end of day. Come 6pm still no updates or Internet I rang again and Charles answered my call telling me I was back online, when I checked devices there was no connection and he said well I'm sorry there's nothing I can do, I asked to speak to someone senior who could help me and he said you will have to wait til the morning as no one else is on call now. I find the services very poor, no proper communication between the staff and not all on board with what is going on and just got fobbed off with sorry but I can't help.I now have to wait til tomorrow to see when this issue will get resolved and when asked about downtime, I was told I'd get a day back of connection but what about the inconvenience of no connection where family members are working from home?. I'm definitely looking elsewhere for my Internet services and would not recommend 6g.

Amazing customer service from Dario

Dario came to update our internet routers as the internet had a problem. He was extremely helpful and explained everything he would be doing and why so we understood the process. He carried out the work efficiently and then checked everything was running correctly. His customer service skills were fantastic, and he went through everything with us to clarify our understanding. Dario was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional and an absolute credit to his company 6G iinternet.
