I was recommended to speak to Vikki and the team at 5th Avenue Homes by three different people and I’m so glad that I took their advice.

From the prompt response after the initial message for information, Vikki came to discuss and explain fully the process and their experience should I decide to engage with her and the team.

From day one, I’ve been kept fully up to date with the progress, information required, booking of viewings etc. Every morning I had further updates and feedback where provided and I never had to chase up the team once.

I've ran a renovations business for the past ten years and used multiple different estate agents over that time with varying degrees of success. I've never been able to settle on a specific agent as there's always been various issues but in particular there's always been a lack of a personal touch, care and just feeling like a number.

Lately I've been with 5th Avenue and honestly, I can't recommend them enough. Vikki has so much experience, knowledge and is a joy to talk to, from start to finish she is on the ball and at every stage I am well looked after and informed.
Linzi is always on hand, giving updates and feedback, booking all the viewings etc and has been a life saver in the selling process, phenomenal.

5th Avenue have a great team that will work extremely hard during the full sale process. Vikki took me clearly through the full process at the beginning before the photos and videos were taken and posted online. This was all done very quickly. Linzi coordinated most of the viewings and feedback and was so on the ball with everything. Made my life very easy and the house sold within a few weeks of going up for sale.
