5 Star Helicopter Tours Omdömen

Great experience and Manny was a wonderful pilot, sharing information with a sense of humor. Flight offered a different perspective vs from the ground, and amazing views. The team communicated well with me regarding questions in advance, after booking and upon check-in. Highly recommend others use this service.

My tour was set for 7:30, we didn’t get our ride until 8:30. Then the ride was suppose to be a minimum of 12-15 minutes, but it felt like it was a 7-8 minute ride. I felt like the person driving the helicopter was rushing because he had a lot of rides to do. I literally said to myself “That’s it” we got back to the airport very fast! It was cool, but not worth the money.

Ride was way too fast, for the amount of money being paid it should be a longer and more enjoyable experience. Loaded, tour, and unloaded off of the helicopter in less than 12 minutes. Also failed to disclose before booking that we would be sharing the helicopter with 6 other people. Depending on your seat, you potentially will not have a view of the Vegas strip. Also very misleading as it appears you will have champagne during the flight. Wrong, after checking in, you are directed to grab a glass of cheap room temperature champagne that has been sitting on the counter.

We really enjoyed this trip it was a highlight of our trip, the staff was courteous & very professional!

Pilot Jim was great, smooth ride, lots of factual info! Tour info was more than we could ask, bird was nice too! Transport drivers were talkative, communication from host saved us a unpleasant experience. Could not have been better taken care of.

Very great ride. Entire process was as discribed and extremely professional. Even gave me a pep talk to calm my nerves lol. Camera lady was super cool & cute too, I would highly recommend and would definitely try it again.

Our pilot tannan was supercool. Flight was great fun and he gave us interesting commentary. Will recommend to all our friends who visit vegas to use you guys.

I usually don't do reviews, but in this case I just had to. This was one of the best experiences in my life! And I can't give the Grand Canyon all the credit. Our pilot 'Mad Dawg' will give you way more than what you're paying for! I will be taking this tour again, but I won't do it without Mad Dawg😁.

Excellent service, I had rearrange plan and cancel the tour, got my refund within a day. That was awesome

We had the best experience! Our pilot was super nice and explained everything to make us feel comfortable. The flight was smooth and beautiful! It was totally worth it!!!

Amazing helicopter tour I love it so much never in my life I thought I would do this and I did..everyone was really nice..

Had the best experience. Worth every penny and highly recommend!!

Miguel was a great host; he was friendly and personable!

You guys were not clear on weight limit in time of purchase. Just being 5lbs over will cost me an extra ticket? People need to know that before they press buy!

Had the Best experience and staff was great not to mention Pilot made us feel safe. This is the place to go will definitely go back

The best!! My husband and I truly enjoyed our helicopter ride viewing the beauty of Vegas at night! I would def recommend!

Absolutely awesome!! Took my 87 year old grandma, now she won’t stop talking about it. We sat in the front row. The view was outstanding! Thank you guys!!! Would definitely recommend as a MUST do while in Vegas!

It was easy and smooth for the whole procedure of booking

My reservation was canceled an hour before I was scheduled to fly. According to the woman who called, the time I booked was unavailable although it let me book it online & my money was taken. I called for a refund and have yet to receive a refund. I spoke with 2 different women about it I was told I would receive some type of email & I still didn't.

Had an excellent time. Great flight. If you get a chance I would go !
