The Champagne sunset flight was absolutely breathtaking couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience, highly recommend.

The lady I booked with was helpful and stated clearly what is involved in the experience. We confirmed everything by giving our contact details and the details for the trip such as weights of the 2 of us. The weights was stated as fine and the lady then called 5 star to confirm and I also received a text and a call off 5 star to confirm. The following day we was both excited and could not wait to do the helicopter ride to the grand canyon. We got on the bus and arrived and was weighed before getting on the helicopter where we was then told we could not carry out the trip. The helicopter was infront of us and the rest of the group was waiting for us. However, we got told we can not do it as it is not safe as one of us was over the maximum weight limit but the other person did not counter balance it. The weights was given at the time we booked the trip and also when we was contacted by 5 star. We got told we was going to loose all of our money which was $1038 for 2 people, but we could do it separately but 1 will have to be rearranged for a different date. This was such a stressful experience as the company was not interested in the fact we are on holiday and this is meant to be a joyful experience they just wanted our money. They did not consider supporting us in any way or thinking about how it is making us feel. We had to defend the situation and state why this is wrong on how we are being treated as this is their mistake as we clearly stated the weights and they was written on our receipts. They just kept stating how much money we have made them loose today. After sitting there for around 2 hours waiting we got told we can not fly today and we loose all our money or we rearrange and do it 2 days later and pay for another seat of $399 this is when we got told they have discounted it for us. We had to embarrassingly leave the rest of the group who we also made late for their trip. However, we went back to the lady we booked with as we did not know what to do in this situation as this horrible company had our money and was not giving us many options as we also disagreed with paying anymore money as this is not our fault. The lady rang 5 star where we also then found out they lied as they said they offered us a refund, but now it is too late. Do not trust this lying robbing company they do not care about the customers and their experience they just want as much money as they can from you. I regret booking with them as they make it out like they are discounting their price to give you a deal and they are not, they lie. AVOID USING 5 star helicopters! 👎🏻

Staying in Vegas for a few days we had planned to drive to the Canyon and do some hiking. But with temps over 100F and a six hour round trip ahead of us we found this alternative. We didn’t get to hike, but we saw far more from the air conditioned comfort of the helicopter than from a trail. Everything was smooth and professional from the pickup at our hotel to drop off. The pilot was excellent and the views magnificent. At 90 minutes flight time I thought the trip was just right, and the decent back to the airport through the strip was a great bonus. Note this company flies from the main airport in Las Vegas not Boulder City and goes to the west rim of the canyon.

Easy to book. Great communication from the company. I would recommend based on my experience.

Then cancelled within hours of the trip saying there was no availability !,

Booked online only to find out they didn't have the date I booked.

We had a perfect experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple, customer service spot on, and from pick up to return we couldn’t fault 5starhelicopters. We did the West Rim Canyon, Hoover Dam and Lake Mead tour and this is a life experience. If you are concerned about the spend, go for it, you’ll remember it forever and it’s worth every penny! Our pilot was “Mad Dog” Mike and he was the absolute best! We laughed so much, and he was super knowledgeable. He made our whole trip simply amazing. Ashley at check in – you are personable and highly professional and can’t thank you enough. Driver Joe, spot on with timing and a super comfortable ride from and to the venue. I booked after reading great reviews and this company lived up to their reputation 100%. The best thing we did in Vegas! I seldom leave reviews but felt I simply must... Thank you!!

We did the Grand Canyon skywalk tour with 5 Star Helicopter Tours. And what an amazing experience. The flight itself, the nature, the views and the skywalk - everything was absolutely astonishing.

On top our pilot Mike "Mad Dog" Davis did an awesome job elevating the experience even further.

I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Our pilot was amazing! The day of our tour there were 65MPH wind gusts. I was so scared, but felt completely safe in our Pilot's hands.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our deluxe 5 Star Helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon. It cost quite a lot but for a once-in-a-lifetime experience it was definitely worth the price. Fortunately for us, the weather could not have been better... and the views spectacular.

WOW! It is still teh first word that come in my mind, 5 days after our helicopter tour. It is still such an extraordinary memory! I beliece it is in a helicopter that one can really appreciate the extraordinaly Grand Canyon, feel the size and beauty of it. I also recommend our pilot, MadDog Mike, who not is an excellent helicopter pilot but is very prepared in regards to geology and history of the Canyon, his commentary and music make the experience really of a lifetime.

Well booking was a breeze. I even contacted the number listed online to follow up with some questions before booking. They answered everything I asked & was willing to book for me but I decided to book online myself with I had everything in order 😉

Every aspect from pick up to drop off was outstanding and everyone had great attitudes and definitely made the hole customer atmosphere a real pleasure.
Mad Dog was an excellent host on our journey. Talk about energy WOW.
