5 Star Helicopter Tours Omdömen

What a spectacular way to see Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon! Thank you Garret for the fun, informative tour. A wonderful way to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday! I can not recommend this trip more highly! An experience of a lifetime!!!

I highly recommend 5 star!!!!! Everyone was sooo nice from the booking of the tours, to the office staff at checkin to the pilots! It was surely an opportunity that will never be forgotten! The pilots were very knowledgeable and took safety as the number one priority! We loved them so much we booked two separate tours with this company! 😍

My family enjoyed the tour, they stated best ride. The only disappointment was your current address was not updated and I drive to the wrong place to pay for the trip and cost more for my taxi ride!

The Las Vegas Strip tour and Dinner was amazing. When we come back to Vegas we will definitely go on it again.

Im so excited to be taking rhis adventure for my birthday this year thank u for helping make it special for me

The staff was great! The ride was the coolest thing my girlfriend and I have ever done. I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone at any time.

I was very scared this was my first time in a helicopter. The ride was smooth take off and landing . Great view and followed all safety precautions.

Great time! Staff are kind and rules are followed.

we were married in the helicopter over the Strip. Best day ever and everyone from 5 Star were great.

The whole experience was exceptional! They picked us up right on time. Our pilot, Chip, was very professional and entertaining. The ride was smooth and the views were indescribable!

The ride would have been great and 1 of my kids had no complaints.
The only problem we had is we flew with a stranger that acted very suspicious and felt threatened he didn't seem right in his mind we felt he would do something up in the air so I kept my eyes on him the whole flight which didn't enjoy the views I was hoping for.

You should install metal detectors so people feel safe.

Other than that I know I would have enjoyed it.

We booked the dinner and helicopter tour for 5 people. If we would have just done the helicopter ride it would have been great. But you all lost it with the poor customer service and the dinner. We had reservations for dinner that you all made scheduled for 7:30. At 7 we still hadnt done our helicopter ride. I asked numerous times about our reservations at least 4-5 times each time I was told it would be fine not to worry that transport was on the way. I tried to be patient. But by 8:10 when transport was promised 25 minutes earlier I had enough. I didn’t want to go to a restaurant that closed at 9 and try to eat in 30 minutes. I’ve been to a Brazilian Restaurant and they start running out of things at closing time. You all did nothing to help. We were all starving and you all could care less especially since you received payment. Reservations were cancelled. Here I am 4 days later no partial refund yet. No response from email. No reaching out to see what else could
Be done. Your customer service is disappointing. I have held off from doing any social media ratings..... but at this point I don’t think you all care anyways whether you receive good reviews or not. So I will see if there is any response from this. Before I start my online and social media reviews.

We had a great time. Our pilot was very informative on telling about the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. The view from the air was spectacular. I would do it again.

Awesome customer service. Pilot was knowledgeable, experienced, and safe! Worth it!

Fast and friendly service and a great rate!

Absolutely the most amazing night of my life and 5-Star Helicopters helped to make it possible! Leila (our wedding coordinator) was beyond helpful and kept us in the loop and our night was perfect!!! Thank you, 5-Star for helping us make the beginning of our “Happily Ever After” spectacular! ❤️

From the on line purchase to walking back in from flight, everything was great.
Friendly and professional staff, highly recommended 5 STAR!

You won’t be disappointed! One of the most memorable experiences of my life. Every single person was phenomenal especially the pilot! Highly recommend!

Great experience and the pilot made us feel so comfortable being that it was our first time in a chopper.
