Neck pain gone!!
Had 6 sessions to relieve neck pain, after 6 sessions (1x a week) I have no pain whatsoever. Now booked in for a session every couple of weeks just to keep good mobility. Highly recommend.

I came across 5 Star Clinic on…
I came across 5 Star Clinic on Instagram while I was experiencing regular shoulder and back discomfort, sometimes with quite a bit of pain. The booking process was quick and easy, and after an initial assessment, I started a course of 10 sessions with Hina.
Hina is professional, highly experienced, and always makes sure you're comfortable throughout each session. I noticed a real difference within the first few visits — my shoulders feel looser, my mobility has improved, and the knots that used to bother me are completely gone. My back has also improved significantly since I started treatment.
I’ve been so impressed with the results that I’ve already booked an additional 6 sessions. Highly recommend!

5 stars to the blend of Professional and Holistic Approach
I attended the clinic with extreme shoulder pain(10/10), ongoing joint problems, and a lot of emotional stress. The therapist carried out a thorough assessment, listened with care, and took a holistic approach. After 3-4 sessions, my pain reduced to 3, my mobility improved, and I feel much better overall. Sessions feel shorter now and sometimes rushed, but overall the care is excellent, worth the cost, and I feel in safe hands. Highly recommended!

I have had 6 appointments with Hina and my symptoms of pain have reduced significantly that I no longer need to see her . Hina is very calm and professional and would recommend her .If I need to go back for more treatment I would see her again .

Great experience
I have just finished a 4 week course and was treated by Hina. She was fantastic, she completed an in depth assessment and asked multiple questions to understand what treatments would be best. Would highly recommend Hina and will definitely return to her if I ever need more treatment.

Worked out the issue with my shoulder came up with a plan an to how . We was going fix it a within days my shoulder was more a less pain free . Would highly recommend jahanzaib .

Highly recommend Maryam!
I’ve been struggling with severe lower back pain for nearly 3 years after slipping two discs, and it completely changed my life. Most of my days were spent in bed, and after receiving minimal help through the NHS, I honestly felt hopeless. That’s when I came across 5 Star Clinic — and I’m so glad I did.
From the very first session, Maryam made me feel incredibly comfortable. 5 stars for Jahanzaib at 5 Star Clinic!
I had been struggling with a persistent trap issue for over 5 years due to a gym injury that left a nerve in my back stuck near the trap area. The pain and discomfort affected my workouts and daily life significantly. After trying various things with no long-term relief, I finally decided to commit to physiotherapy and booked 6 sessions at 5 Star Clinic with Jahanzaib—and I honestly wish I had done it sooner.
By just the second or third session, I could already feel a huge improvement in my traps. The constant tightness and pain started to fade, and I also had some neck muscle issues that were resolved during the course of treatment.
Jahanzaib is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable specialist, but also incredibly friendly and approachable, which made each session comfortable and encouraging. His care and attention to detail truly make his service worth every penny.
Now, I can finally enjoy life and get back to my workouts without the constant fear of re-injury. I can’t recommend Jahanzaib enough—5 stars all the way!

Fabulous Clinic
I have been a patient at Five star Clinic since the start of December and been treated by Muhammad Usama Khalid. I came to the clinic on a Saturday with severe back pain, tearful and anxious. Usama was thorough with the initial assessment, kind and compassionate and reassuring that I could be helped. From the second session I had great results and was in significantly less pain, I have continued to improve with each session. A tailored excercise plan was made for me and updated accordingly. Not many places are open and there on a Saturday and I will continue to have maintenance therapy now. Usama is genuinely one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet and I cannot thank him and Five Star enough.

Absolutely fantastic. Having suffered with back pain for so many years it got to a point I couldn't handle it any more. I attended 5 Star over Christmas 2023 and going from a pain scale of 10 to 6/7 after just one session. After 6 sessions I was down to around 1. With regular attendance I'm pretty much pain free and that all down to the amazing approach at 5 Star. I also recommended a friend who has exactly the same experience. I'd 100% recommend to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
