My experience working under Prab and with Suki as the company owner, has been consistently difficult due to poor leadership and ineffective management practices. There is a persistent pattern of excessive pressure being placed on the team, yet this pressure does not result in improved performance or productivity. In fact, production levels continue to decline because the approach is neither strategic nor supportive…

Cons
Little to no raises for extremely hard work, favoritism, lack of communication, huge manager issues swept under the rug, unnecessary firing. is on the same page, managers are not leaders.
Advice to Management
Shape up (give raises when deserved, treat employees with respect, COMMUNICATE effectively) ... or you'll see a lot of people leave again (not that it matters to you, this place is a revolving door)
A very positive and engaging experience right from the start. The ideas and interaction have been really refreshing. I have worked with other agencies in the past but i can genuinely say that none have produced the results I have had so far, I would thoroughly recommend th team at 5RV Digital.
