Total Waste of Time
Pls don't join and waste your time and money. The program is actually built to just advertise themself for their advanced courses. I totally understand that you will not get everything in 500 bucks but it was time waste also. What he can deliver in a single class he delivers in 5 sessions and keeps boasting about himself.if you are seriously looking for something to start then you can go for Satvic Movement. Brilliant and mind blowing knowledge in 21 days in just 999 rs.

Only to some extent…
I attended the 5day course to learn something but I'm not satisfied with the output. My wife who already attended some other course also felt that the info providing here is less when compared to others. I'm not saying they are fraud but they are prolonging and getting little bored as well when they are talking about the 21 day course.So it's not a great output at the end for me after 5 days.

Gut Warrior Incoming!
This workshop was totally worth it. Besides being informative, it's also motivational and optimistic. It's a game changer! Dr. Harish Warrier is very helpful, and staying back for the Q&A is highly recommended because he very patiently answers many questions and you get a lot more additional information. I'm looking forward to being a gut warrior for life!

Not at all impressed ..wasted time
I have already attended an ayurvedic diet course from some other institute .I thought this workshop is going to add more to my previous knowledge .
But sadly I didn't find anything which would bring change..as he is telling everything that we all have heard and read somewhere on Google or any good books..but he is not actually telling anything crucial which can help actually a person to revive their health..watever he told has also been told by our grandparents and our mentors ...he is right about our challenges but wats the way out that he has not mentioned clearly at all ...It's like ok wen u don't sleep deep u will have this this issue but wat is the cure for sleeping deep that he is not telling...we all kno our problems but wat we actually need is cure not a lecture to be honest

An AD that changed my life.
In the times when we are super disconnected with even the closest of our KIN, the Hand Holding and guidance we recieved with Mr. Warrier was emotional and uplifting.
Its like the father to the young child who ve just learn to walk and is protected by his father from FALLING from Failing . This was a transformative journey.
