Highly recommended!
I have been meaning to leave our review for some time but our building works had only just finished the last few weeks and that had taken up all my headspace. We had our Schuco Bifolds installed a few months ago and are very happy with them. We can’t wait for the summer to enjoy them fully. Andrew was incredibly supportive with our project and advised on the install. He also communicated well with our builder in preparation to the install. Andrew was a pleasure to work with, a good communicator and very reliable. His colleague Michael was also lovely whenever I called. I’m grateful they took our project on even though we were slightly ou5 of their way. Everything happened according to timelines. We had a hick up with a one of the panes being damaged in transit, however despite the waiting time for a new one this was sorted out without headache. It was very important to me that the company is manufacturer and installer and I’m sure this made it more stress free. If something goes wrong it is all under one roof and resolved easily. So far, the Bifolds have worked as they should and we have no installation issues which is credit to the quality workmanship. The doors themselves are top quality as you would expect for a high end product like SCHUCO. We opted for integrated blinds and have been very careful using them. One has a gap on top when opened which I’m nervously monitoring. However, I have no doubt that this can be addressed if needed as they customer service was excellent throughout. I recommend 5 Elements and would use their services again. In fact, they have an air ventilation system we may consider further down the line.
