Very nice fragrance
The fragrance arrived well wrapped. Shipping takes a few weeks. I had to contact the company for tracking info. Customer service response is within a day. I removed star because my offer included a sample kit and it was not sent.

Great product, poor FedEx service
The product is great. One suggestion I would have is for your company to forward the customer’s email address to FedEx. I had nothing but problems with FedEx delivering my purchase. They never contacted me prior to a signature delivery and I had to escalate this issue to the Fedex management three times, delaying my delivery by five days.

Proof of Payment issue
A few days after I placed my first order with 50-ml, I received an email that my order was put under review by their payment system. At this point, my credit card had already been charged. I was asked to provide a copy of my bank statement or a photo of my credit card as proof that it was me that placed the order.
While I can appreciate the concern of fraud, I have never been asked to provide this kind of information. I emailed to request that my order be canceled and the refund was quickly processed.

Great selections and I got my order in a decent time frame where as one site I’ve waited weeks for my fragrance and one time they just cancelled my order and refunded it. I’d like to see more discounts other than that love the site
