great, easy and quick.

As with most of the bad reviews, asked for alot of un-nessisary information. To which this situation looked suspect. Told the seller i no longer felt comfertable with the transaction and they said they would process a refund in 3-5 days. Will update the review if refund is recieved, if not hopefully paypal can rectify the issue

I’ve been ordering a few times with 4rsgold. One of which was a test purchase as there is a lot of scamming websites out there, needless to say they are legit and since then my orders have been growing. Highly recommend purchasing with them!! Happy gaming!! Very quick process. I’ve had all my orders delivered within 2-5 mins

DO NOT TRUST!

I tried buying gold from their website, and on their online chat they refused to give me the gold. They told me my order was being refunded however this is a lie as it has been a week now. I've reported them to the police, and to PayPal, however as they are operating in China there is little that can be done, except for just not using the website. They will also attempt to hack your RuneScape account, and ddos your IP address, so make sure you have an authenticator on, and use a VPN when accessing their website. Stay safe guys

(Also if you look at the positive reviews, most are quite clearly their own employees on multiple accounts)

I used 4rsgold to buy some osrs gold. I had option in which method to pay and choose bank transfer as easiest option for me. Once I approved the transaction on banking app I was brought through to an error page on their website.

I contacted them via their online support and was told I needed to provide a picture of my photo ID & Bank Cards as verification before they will pay me for the goods I purchased.

I refused to provide that level of personal information, it was not stated before payment and only asked for after. Extremely untrustworthy approach as they had taken my money already.

I requested a refund which they agreed which be paid in 5 working days but I was not provided with any dispute reference.

Edit: I requested the payment be refunded but instead they paid the gold without verification.

Terrible service, asked for a refund as didn’t want to provide my ID and they said I will be refunded in 3-5 days. 5 days past so contacted them, they said they need a manager to check to see if I have been refunded even though I was told by them that they have refunded. Said wait 2 more days, so I contact again and now I keep getting disconnected on chat (kicked I believe) tried other emails and IP address and don’t have a problem. Very poor service, be careful as I believe this to be a scam.

Was asked for photo ID after 2nd purchase, first transaction was $15, second one was $50.

Was told all transactions were randomly screened for security measures and this one was selected. I refused and asked for a refund.

LiveChat support user "sunny" offered a compromise and asked me whether or not I would want to receive goods if photo ID was not necessary. I clarified the details and answered yes, being informed that I would be contacted in the next 1-6 hours.

No contact, immediate e-mail or follow-up link was provided, so I had to spend some time figuring out how to access LiveChat support without an open code.

This time I managed to connect with LiveChat support user "Lynn" who said their manager has yet to respond, and that I shouldn't worry as I will be receiving an e-mail in the next 24 hours.

18 hours later, still nothing. I connect with LiveChat support user "Ellie" who says, "the manager will check it tomorrow". I once again, ask for a refund as this is looking more and more like a scam.

Waiting on results, they said it will take 3-5 days to process. Will be surprised if they actually follow through.
