I placed an order with 47 Brand and noticed that after I placed the order, it was going to the wrong address. Before it was shipped I tried multiple times to contact 47 Brand to change the address on the order and if not, to cancel the order, but they refused. They said it was part of their policy that if in the ordering process if you don't have the correct information they will not change it. Since they did not change it I contacted my credit card company to dispute the item and after explaining what happened to my credit card company they agreed with me and they reimbursed me. I do not recommend buying anything from 47 Brand directly as I've never experienced any online retail company to have such a policy as theirs. Also, to be noted, that you cannot call 47 Brand at all. Everything is done by email and there is no way to escalate any issues or problems.

Despite a low rating on TP, we took a chance and we were wonderfully surprised at the quality and fast shipping. We will definitely purchase from this store again.

Return policy is a joke.

A week before this screw up with ’47, I purchased a $42 NFL hat and at that time I changed my home address in NC to my new default address in PA. A week later I ordered a long-sleeved shirt and didn’t bother checking the address because the last order came to my PA address. 10 minutes later I discovered the default address was not used for the shirt but rather for my old address in NC. I tried to find a number to call and there was not one to be found. There was only an email that I could use to explain this screw up. I used the email address to explain all of this. I received a reply that the response time was 72 hours. After three days I checked the site and looked at my order, and it hadn’t been shipped. I wrote another email to try to get the package shipped to my current address. It still hadn’t been shipped, and they replied that it was too late. Here is the reply I received,” Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be updated or cancelled. We have messaging at checkout regarding this. We do not re-ship or refund orders when we are provided with an incorrect address at checkout. I replied that I sent the first email about the default address not being used 10 minutes after the order was placed. I added that “You’re telling me you couldn’t do something about it then. I tried to find a number to call and there was not one to be found. None of this was caused by me. It still hasn’t been shipped, and you tell me it’s too late. Are you kidding me!!!!”

I contacted them after my order still had not been delivered after nearly 2 weeks. For whatever reason the package has been sitting at a warehouse in town for 3 days saying that it was being prepared for delivery. 3 days went by still no package. I reached out to them and told them that I would like to cancel the order which they promptly did but gave me a partial of $5. The item I ordered was 36 dollars and change. So I don't know if I am being scammed or what but someone needs to get involved and ask their employees just what they think they are doing. If they did everything right then they need to ask the carrier just exactly what they think that they are doing because delivering a popular selling hat from Georgia to Florida does not take 2 weeks. Hence my suspicion that I may have been scammed.

I ordered 2 hats from this company and they both showed up creased right through the logo, if they packed it properly the hats would have been fine, not sure how a hat company doesn’t know how to pack hats for shipping. on top of this, one of the hats wasn’t even what i ordered, i won’t buy from this company again. what a head ache

They are not as good as their word. Item not shipped as promised. Not received as promised. No response from email. Will have to buy somewhere else. Never will buy from them again.

Ordered a Championship hat weeks ago and have received only one email confirming my purchase. Repeated emails have gone unanswered and they don’t have a customer service representative to speak with. Wouldn’t order anything from 47brand if it was free

What in the hell is wrong with their shipping?? A month to get a hat?? Get it together or please just shut down for god sake. You suck.

These are the only hats I truly trust for snapbacks. I also love their designs

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. Absolutely garvage customer service. The wrong address was inputted by shop and was not caught until after i ordered. i contacted their “customer service” (non existent) and they showed the smallest pop up box that they will not assist. I tried pleading my case just for them not to respond back. I will never buy anything else from this company. Buyers beware.

47 brand Australia sucks real bad. Not even anywhere near what 47 brand america has in stock. So backwards. Hardly anything. And terrible with replying back in emails

i accidentally listed the wrong shipping address, tried to immediately rectify the situation and they told me that orders are immediately processed and the address could not be changed. it has been sitting in this “processing” for 4 days and at no point could reinstate a shipping address? i then went on to ask for my money back because who has money to throw away these days and they essentially told me that they won’t be doing anything to help me since i made the mistake. i understand it was my fault, but it was an honest mistake and their unwillingness to help a customer is flat out disgusting. don’t shop here.

Ordered a hat from ’47 Brand on February 7th and waited almost a month for delivery. The tracking stopped updating on February 13th and the package was apparently lost by USPS.

trying to get through to customer service was an absolute nightmare. Customer service did issue a refund, but the problem is the hat I ordered is now completely sold out, so after waiting weeks I ended up with nothing and can’t even reorder the item I originally wanted.

I understand shipping issues happen, but after waiting that long it would have been nice if the company offered something more than just a refund — like a replacement when restocked or a discount on another item.

Pretty frustrating experience overall.

DOOO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDS AND THIS COMPANY HATES ITS CUSTOMERS AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEM AT ALL !!!!!!

I ordered a college baseball cap. It arrived in blue velvet. It did not say on the site when I ordered that the Duke baseball hat was velvet blue. It is so ugly!! I have ordered many times from this site. I won't in the future. I need to pay for the return, which is $7 dollars.

Avoid buying from This company. Absolutely not trustworthy and will scam and take your money. This is not a legit website or company at all.

I’ve been a loyal 47 Brand customer for years, so I was shocked by the terrible service I recently received.
I initiated a return through USPS and dropped it at my local UPS (USPS picks up from UPS locations). The package was lost—either USPS never picked it up or lost it before reaching their facility. I immediately contacted 47 Brand with all tracking details, expecting them to work with me on a solution.
Instead, their customer service rep sent sarcastic, dismissive emails and refused to help resolve an issue caused by carrier error—something neither of us controlled. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn’t care.
For a company this size to have such poor customer service infrastructure and unprofessional staff is unacceptable. They’ve completely lost my business and trust.

17 days to get a simple order. Unacceptable for a premium brand with really amazing, quality products.

Terrible customer service. I have now emailed them 3 times about an order that I placed the begin of December that still says is being processed. Terrible customer service and shipping. I will never order from them again. Hopefully the person receiving my gift will not be disappointed that it is late.

Ordered December 5th and nothing yet. Emailed customer service. I'm hoping for a response. This if for a Christmas gift and they say 3-5 business days.
