Amazing after-sales service..
Purchased an office chair from Amazon supplied by 3WM and, just after a year, the gas lift failed. I phoned the company to source a replacement part and found out it came with a 2-year guarantee, so they would supply one at no cost. The replacement arrived but I couldn't remove the old one as instructed so, after some help from Jamie, they organised a replacement chair base and legs, again at no charge. For the price we paid for the chair, we’re blown away by their customer service. This country needs more businesses like this!

Product arrived not properly made
Product arrived not properly made. Customer services agreed to replace immediately and review the rest of their stock. This was all done as promised. 3WM should have better stock quality controls and choose their distributors better. If they had sent out this review when they had resolved the problem then they would have scored 4*. 3WM were unhappy with my review and after 15 emails back and forth I have agreed to edit it but it has cost me more in time than the product purchased. It would have been better if I had kept my mouth shut thrown the originals away and just gone out and bought new ones.
So in summary - when it goes right they are good value and supply a good product. When it goes wrong........................................

A Non-conformance report was raised on this case (as per our ISO 9001:2015 processes) and I have reviewed causal factors, corrective actions and all correspondence made with you.
I am satisfied that we acted appropriately and in good faith but unfortunately we have to accept that occasionally, no matter how hard we try, we will fall short of expectations and this is obviously one of those occasions.
