They have stolen my money and for 12 days they don't even answer my tickets. It's interesting that under the reviews they make excuses to steal more. They are not trustworthy at all. I strongly recommend you not to buy from them. There is a serious risk of scam.

They have replied me yesterday on TRUSTPILOT but they cannot reply my mail. Please and please refund my money. I don’t want the cp anymore. This website is a scam website, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

There is a clearly displayed notification that specifies a delay in CP recharge in relation to certain CODM Countries. You don't read anything and you just put the blame on us.
Tickets are answered gradually by 3mkstore.com customer service and it can take more than 24 hours (business day) depending on the number of tickets received, all of this is well mentioned, you just don't want to read.
Just send a ticket and kindly wait.

Overall its kinda good, the delay to get my cod point ( what i buy in the site) is kinda long sometimes 1 hours sometimes 3 hours but there is nothing else to improve beside that point

I don’t know what is gone wrong but I did not get COD mobile cp coins. I ordered it for in 1. November.
And I try write to there’s email and I send my documents from my bank and then I still did not get my cp yet. I paid XAF 109.961 and I send them my proof from my bank account and I still did not get.
They also asking about picture of my bank card and everything else. and send them but they stil did not send my order.
And I had contact support and everything send them the proof all times and they stop answering me they are cheater. they have cheated me for around 170 euros. I tough they was real but they are not. So please don’t buy from this homesite if you don’t want to lose your money.

3mk sucks please read… I am here to let out my frustration. As of a week ago I had bought 400 cod points and never received them. As the week went on I was continuously contacting their customer service what apps and Facebook the only thing that they told was that I put the wrong country in and that they would not take my order. What was even more stupid is it that they did not give me a refund and charged 2 other payments that I never made on my card this is a website that scams do not use. Also keep note these 2 other charges happened yesterday

ma commande a été annulé pour une raison que je n'ai toujours pas compris. passons, le problème est que j'attends d'être remboursée depuis plus d'un mois...un support (chat, messenger, mail) qui répond quand il veut mais qui n'a pas de réponse ni de solution...tout ça pour des points codm... vraiment lamentable. je ne sais pas comment faire pour me faire rembourser...

Mis à part ce petit contre-temps, j'ai aimé le service. Facile de commander même si c'est ta première fois. J'ai eu la confirmation que vous êtes les meilleurs quand j'ai fait un deuxième achat et là je pense que vous devriez plutôt mettre "entre 1-5 min.
Franchement j'aime bien votre site et je pense que dorénavant, ce sera mon site d'achat en ligne.
