Wish I'd read the reviews. Bought bare root trees, they arrived wrapped in clingfilm and totally dried out with very little root system. I followed the bare rood instructions but was not optimistic and needless to say no life emerged.
Wrote to the company, didn't ask for refund just perhaps a discount on live plants but they said all they could do was wait until next year. Really, next year's no good to me as they presumably know.

I bought an apricot tree and have been delighted with the size and condition of it, really good. Far better than I have had elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs, I payed £30 for a 5’ silver birch, what I received was can only be described as a twig with brown curled leaves. Took photos e-mailed the company to complain but was met with a rude unapologetic and totally unprofessional response. Terrible company, awful products and rude customer service. A rotten fruit will fall by itself, let’s hope this company does soon before too many others get caught. Avoid Avoid

I bought 8 trees from this company 4 of them came with broken tops ,
I was pand off with feeble excuses ,
Very disappointing I would never buy from them again and would not recommend them

Avoid Beechwood Nurseries Limited 32 Greyabbey road, Ballywalter, Newtownards , Co.Down BT222NY also goes by 3 fat pigs - if you do not want to be ripped off. I ordered 11 fruit trees and 10 trees arrived,when contacted company by email to find out when i would be expecting the outstanding big juicy Victoria plum tree, i was told the full order had been sent. I emailed photographic evidence of the unpacked trees and the company has not responded, ignoring all further emails..... i am now out of pocket for £27.99.

Had to put one star as I couldnt select anything lower. I will give it a star for the 5 day delivery time. However I ordered a weeping cherry, 3 tiny spriglets trying not to die on the top of a grafted trunk. I'm not even sure that it's a cherry tree and its definitely not weeping. If it survives then I guess I will find out. Broken pot so soil everywhere and damaged roots on delivery, which wasn't their fault but communication very abrupt and unhelpful on reciept of the . . .. . Cant really call it a tree, very poor quality.

Ordered bare root Dogwoods which shouldn't have been an issue, I've planted bare root plants for years. What I received in the parcel one day later than expected was a shrink wrapped bunch of sticks with bone dry roots and rotten remnants of decayed leaves. When contacting them (with photos) to explain what I had received, I was met with derision and outright rude commentary and three different people telling me different things over a couple of days. On the basis of my treatment as a customer I doubted a return would resolve the issue and chalked it up to experience. One can shear a sheep many times but only skin it once. I've been skinned and it will never happen again. Avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased 3x 5-6ft silver birch trees which were 4ft.

They arrived in a dismal condition wrapped in brown tape.

Only 1 survived. Wish I'd have seen these reviews prior to ordering. Avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! complete and utter waste of money. Extremely poor quality products. When contacted regarding the issue, the responses received were incredibly rude one line emails with a vile tone. Complete disregard for customer service, lack of people skills and no care given to their products. Utter disgrace.

Worst shrub I have ever seen. An old pot bound lilac. Obviously has had previous damage including ring barked nearly all the way round. Unbelievable anyone could post this out.

Recent purchase of laurels..came in a box..dead and dying plants..not fit for purpose..nothing like their website images of healthy plants...total lack of response when complained...would I recommend...nope...would I buy again...nope...utter disgrace...stear clear of this outfit.. utter.crap...and obviously not interested in their products or customers ..do yourselves a favour..go to a local supplier where you can see and pick what you are getting..dobt trust this company to deliver any old @@@t they want to get rid of...buyer beware...end of!..no stars.. but can't give that...3 pigs..hmmm..3 lazy arsed pigs more like..coining it in from selling crap

I ordered 10 cherry laurel 3 to 4 ft trees.

What arrived was 2 cherry laurel 3 ft which consists of 2 branches in a pot.

Have emailed requesting a refund will go to small claims court and trading standards.

Do not buy from this company It's a great price because they do not delivery what the picture shows

I had the incorrect plant delivered but customer services insisted it is correct despite it looking nothing like their catalogue photo in leaf shape or colour.
I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered 10 red Robin shrubs and must say delivery was excellent 2 days and the shrubs are in very good condition, better than my local garden centre. Highly recommend

Definitely would not use again, a flimsy poor specimen of a plant and packaged terribly. Not sure if it will live

I paid for two pine trees. Only one arrived, with no explanation and no contact details. The tree that did arrive , 6 days after the order date, was dehydrated with some brown leaves and unhealthy other leaves. The company asked for pictures and then denied that the tree was in
poor , dying condition and refused to cover the return postage. Personally, I would never have any contact with this company again. The email replies from them were curt and lacking in customer service skills.

Great quality plants for great prices! I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. My jasmine plant arrived perfectly packaged (in a specially fitted cardboard box, NOT clingfilm!). The plant was healthy with bright green new shoots that sprung to life and grew really fast within a couple of days of repotting into some compost. Would buy again! :)

Please don’t order from this company. I ordered a cherry blossom tree that arrived snapped dry as a bone and root ball that was in two halves! It arrived wrapped in cling film and brown parcel tape the tree was dead when it got here! Avoid at all costs!

I wrote a review on 20th of March saying don't buy anything from company. I tried emailing them, no reply. I wrote a letter sending photos of dead rose tree, plant label and invoice. No reply. Don't touch this company at all costs. If I could I would have given them zero stars but that's not allowed.
