Apt earlier this month, needing 2 bridges, neither dentist nor dental nurse could give me a quote, kept leaving the room to talk to admin, both talked in a different language literally over me face, whist being clearly unsure ++ on my quote of over €3,300. Quote not broken down, not explained, not justified. Never going back

I had 2 crowns, 1 cracked tooth repair and 2 fillings done in the last few months by Joanne, my experience was pain free, the temporary crowns were so well installed she had trouble removing then, Joanne was very reassuring, professional and friendly, She has restored my trust in Dentists, I have already recommended her to my family and friends,

I came to 3dental for looking to enhance my smile with composite bonding. Simona was so helpful from start to finish making sure I was happy with every decision we made. Can’t thank her enough!!

I cannot recommend Dr Andrea Uribarri highly enough at 3Dental in Galway. From the start of my all on 4 implants journey to the final fitting has been an amazingly easy journey. I was told by my own dentist I had no hope of getting implants and to just deal with wearing dentures. From my initial consultation on 09/05/23 for all on 4 top I`ve enjoyed nothing more than absolute professionalism by every staff member. I had such a brilliant experience, I returned and had all on 4 bottom teeth done. The investment I made was worth every cent. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Andrea to anyone looking for a kind, caring, friendly, professional person in every aspect of her work. I felt totally at ease and have no hesitation in giving a 5 * review. I`d give higher if it was possible! Thank you Dr Andrea for everything and I sure will miss seeing you and the team.

I recently attended 3dental Dublin for their Smile in a day, I was quite apprehensive going in, but Dr Xavier and his team put me at ease explaining the whole procedure from start to finish. And I am absolutely delighted with the end result. I would recommend 3dental to anyone considering this treatment.

Went In today for emergency appointment 75 euro sat in the chair for 5 mins got some cheap ass tempory filling put in I understand it’s temporary and won’t last long but was told it would last at least 3 weeks before I got something permanent done which was gonna be in 3 weeks the thing lasted an hr and fell out rang to try and get something done about it was told no point it won’t hold it might fall out again didn’t refund my money . I had other money down towards a crown and other things to be done I took that money back and won’t be going back. They lost out on a couple of grand from me for 75 euro they should have refunded me for shoddy work and lies by Simmona. Place is a joke. The girls at reception are nice enough and do their best . Cancelled my daughter’s appointment also she was getting braces . Your loss 3 d dental.

I have found all the staff at 3D Dental very warm and friendly . Thank you Luis and Shauna for making a very difficult procedure painless and comfortable.

Dr Natalia Berlinschi Was brilliant could not recommend her enough I was very nervous and she made me feel very relaxed and was so happy with outcome

From the first initial (nervous) telephone call to ask about details to now, the level of care, professionalism and skill by every member of the team is at the very least, impressive. From being someone who could not even walk into a dental practice without Valium to looking forward to my appointments at 3 Dental, I cannot praise the practice enough. I wish I had known about them previously and not left it so long. But I have half of my forever smile right now (and I smile ALL of the time!!). Going back in January for my bottom dental treatment and I can’t wait.

Brought my 13 yr old son to the dental hygienist Ashling at 3 dental galway - she was so amicable so friendly - explained everything to my son about dental care and braces. Would highly recommended her

I have been to all three of the 3Dental practices and each one is amazing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and the dentists make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend 3Dental to everyone.

I am so so unhappy with my service it is beyond a joke! I got invasilign which was fine . I got them off and was given a bar in the bottom half of my teeth, and a clear retainer for my teeth top and bottom , top to be worn full time for 6 months . I go collect my retainers and my top ones don’t fit , have to make another appointment to get new ones and this time a massive crack down the middle . Then a week after getting the bar retainer it breaks ? I have to go BACK in to get it taken off and then make another appointment to get it put back on , I was told ‘ o the glue wasn’t strong enough sorry ? This shouldn’t even be happening ! Have to go BACK in to get it back on and then am told ok need to get more impressions for another retainer because your old one won’t fit , so go back in and they don’t fit of course . I was told come in yes there’s a dentist here if they don’t fit , of course they lied ! I’m a full time student on placement five days a week in Dublin , I work full time weekends and now have to take time off of work and college to try and get these things fixed ! It’s an absolute disgrace , I paid nearly 3 grand and when I ring I’m spoken to with uncertainty and can barley get appointments, the girl who answers has no idea how to do her job , she is like ehm um I don’t know on the other end it is so beyond frustrating. Paying all this money for service like this is concerning. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want to have to go back

This is probably the Very Best thing I have ever done for myself. The process from beginning to end under the expert care of Dr Joanna Dawcewicz was impeccable. She really put me at ease and kept fully informed at all times. I couldn’t have felt more secure of a positive outcome in such capable hands. The end result was more than I could have hoped for and I can’t recommend Dr Joanna and all the team at 3Dental highly enough.

I went to Dr Joanna after years of being so paranoid about my smile. I had got composite bonding done on 1 tooth in 2016 and I had a filling in my front tooth from a chip when I was young. From my first visit Joanna spotted my concerns of different colours. She did 4 composite bonds on my front teeth and whitening treatment on the rest of my teeth. 2 months on and I honestly could not be happier with the results, I finally am so confident in my smile. Joanna is a perfectionist and takes such pride in her work. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is thinking of getting composite bonding.

I was five minutes late for an appointment to have braces fitted today, in the limerick clinic. Appointment was scheduled for 14.10, I arrived at 14.16.
I feel that this isn't acceptable business practice. When I arrived, the dentist was having a conversation with a colleague next to the reception in clear view. He was aware that I had arrived, he could see me clearly. He then called another patient...right on front of me.

2½ years into wearing braces my orthodontist abruptly closed her business in Galway. I tried to secure appointments with several dentists but was repeatedly meet with ‘Try going to Mayo/Roscommon/Dublin’ or ‘Dr SoandSo can’t see you until we receive your dental records’. (I still haven’t been able to procure them).
In desperation I made an appointment for an initial consultation with 3D Dental. I hid my mouth full of metal at reception. When I was seen by Paul O’Connell, he just shrugged his shouldered and agreed to finish out my treatment. He assured me he would only charge me a nominal fee. I chose not to enquire at that point what his interpretation of ‘nominal’ was. I subsequently found out that he took over several others left in orthodontal limbo.
Well over a year later, after several visits, he did only charge me a nominal fee. I’m talking cost-of-room-in-Galway-offseason type nominal. I was completely surprised. In a world of mad politicians, phone calls to Joe Duffy, and arson attacks on potential homes for asylum seekers it’s uplifting to find someone who just does the right thing. Oh, and great to have straight teeth too!
