"We've choosen the 3Alica company to integrate a BI solution of customers and sales analysis. The application developed on Qlik Sense platform provides us with all the consolidated data from our CRM Salesforce, Excel, web sources and now we could see the helicopter view of our sales processes. The manage's dashboards gives us all the necessary info perfectly vizualized and now we can go deeper into analytical experience. We have not only single reports and dashboards, but the whole story from transaction to modeling and forecasting by client. Drill down and ad-hock analysis. As a result, we have 1)Operational monitoring of key performance indicators and tracking the effectiveness of all projects in one KPI table.
2) Plan-fact analysis of spent resources with the possibility of detailed detailing.
3) The ability to create an effective motivation system based on in-depth data analysis.
4) Comparative analysis of clients/transactions/employees by key indicators. The next step is manager's workload analysis and end-to-end analitics for our marketing team."
