I have asked for my deposit back and you have consistently said you was going to pay me my deposit back since February all you have done is made false excuses as to your bank has issues and you need to go to dubai to sort your bank issues out then you said you had an operation regarding your kidneys then you was saying you was in hospital All Lies you are going to have to pay back my deposit as you will be shutting shop very soon.i want my deposit back you FRAUD.

Last year we had the misfortune of using these people to manage our tenancy. We were constantly chasing our rent money from Nadeem the Accountant who was always rude and aggressive and eventually threatened to beat my partner up (I am not exagerating with this claim). We never got paid on time. My house got turned into a weed farm. We then got new tenants and they eventually told us that they were always being hassled to pay their rent earlier than due because 'Your Landlord wants their money early' which was absolutely not true. We never got paid on time so what were they doing with OUR money. They still owe us outstanding rent money which they refuse to pay. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Sold a house through this company. They collected a non refundable deposit. Held on their supposed client account which was due to be paid on completion!

They did not pay the deposit and are refusing to pay it.

He is a fraud who's taken people's deposits and not paid.

We are the locksmith company that did a job for 360 Estates Halifax on the 9th of June 2025. Mr W.Ali refused to pay after numerous chase ups, saying that 360 Estates is no longer in operation and if we want to get the payment we can try to pursue legal action. Obviously its still operating and did not shut down. Do business with them at your own risk.

Every single month, we had to chase up for rent and was always more than 2 weeks delay and only received after numerous chase ups. Did not do any of the tenant verification for our tenants. Dodgy tenancies,where the named person in the tenancy is not the person who lived in our property. We think they were housing multiple people at our flat,as we were never allowed any inspection. The only video we were sent had beds in living room and the bedrooms. It looks like they had six people in our 2 bedroom flat.They have not paid us 2 months rent and electricity bills for our flat. We have evicted the tenants. Still waiting for 360 estates to give us all tenant information and pay us the missing rent. Avoid them like a plague. The owner Nadeem gets very aggressive when you have to chase up for the rent.
