Be aware
Be aware. I ordered one COC for Audi. Radio silence for two weeks, today I asked them again and they blocked me from WhatsApp.
It's extremely infuriating. Be careful.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Put in my VIN, was told a coc was available, paid my money, and 5 minutes later got an email saying they could not issue me an e-coc but they had issued me a credit note. Which, since there was literally only one thing I could buy from them, is a scam, designed to keep my money. Beware.

Very disappointed to read the reviews, we would appreciate more details to your actual order details.
To clarify: 321COC is a certified intermediary specializing in obtaining official Certificates of Conformity (COCs) directly from manufacturers.
We take accusations of fraud very seriously. We can assure you that all COCs provided are 100% official manufacturer-issued documents, and thousands of customers across Europe have successfully registered their vehicles with them.
Please reach out to us, and we will be happy to go through your specific case in detail with you.
Fraud
Guys, don’t let them fool you. Once you pay and enter your VIN number, all they actually do is apply for the certificate directly from the dealer – which you could have done yourself free of charge. They promised delivery in 3 working days, but mine only arrived after 11. This is misleading and dishonest. I’ve already reported them to the authorities as fraud.

Regarding delivery time: these can vary depending on the brand and sometimes even on the specific model of the vehicle. The estimated delivery times are always displayed at the time of purchase of the COC.
In the rare case of a delay, we inform our customers based on the latest information we receive from the manufacturer. However, recently we haven’t experienced any significant delays, which is why we would very much like to know which vehicle this was about.
Please contact us, and we will be happy to go through your specific case in detail with you.
