I made biggest mistake to order from them. I ordered and I didn’t get any update regarding my order, I had try to reach them and explained my situation. Firstly no reply for week and then I messaged again but they just gave general answer “sorry we are try to update you” then long silence. Again attempt to figure it out but they stopped answering and not bothering to see my order update. Not even refund my money. I had a worst experience of their service. I never prefer that kind of behaviour. Worst is understatement…

I ordered three pairs of shoes and they shipped one correct pair and two incorrect pairs. I explained the problem and provided pictures of the new unworn shoes to confirm their condition. The return was approved, but I was advised that the customer is responsible for shipping back to China.

Based on the reviews I thought the shoes were going to be late, not good quality and it seemed like you can get them from Alibaba. Turned out that they arrived around a week after ordering, they happily changed sizing before sending, the quality is good, and even though you can get some kinds on Alibaba I think the convenience is worth going through 2 Tiny Feet, and everything is made in China anyway. People compliment the converse-like pair often. So no complaints about our 3 pairs.

I bought a pair of 6/7 and the packaging they came in was correct. My daughter quickly grew out of them which I thought was weird because they should have been big but I chalked it up to a growth spurt. I bought the next size up 8/9 and those were gigantic. That’s when I knew something was wrong. I contacted the company 4 different times and every time they said my order was correct despite showing them the size difference between the shoes. Frustrated, I dug in myself to figure out where the problem was. I pulled out the insoles and measured them and discovered that my 6/7 were actually 5/5.5 in 6/7 packaging. I wrote them back with pictures of what I discovered and they didn’t even respond.

The website is clean and basic yet descriptive enough for me to want to see the product. Ordering was a cinch. User friendly. I ordered 3 shoes (purchase 2 and get the 3rd free). Couldn't go wrong. I was able to order 2 different sizes for my Grandson. Delivery was quick and securely packaged. Shoes were so easy to slide onto chubby feet and hold its shape. Very comfortable and the quality of the material was more than I expected. Customer Service is great! Would highly recommend. I'll be a return customer for sure. THANK YOU!!!

SCAM company. Followed up 4 weeks after ordering my babies shoes. Response was we will reship. 10 days later, followed up again and my email was blocked. Complete waste of money and time. Not happy.

I was unhappy with the quality as little toes can easily break through the top of the shoe. I emailed to get a refund and the customer service representative made it extremely difficult to even begin. I had hey to comply with all of their requests including sending photos so they can resell to another customer. I asked for a refund and they said they could give me an exchange of shoes where I then had to send them a photo of their website boasting a moneyback guarantee. I was then told I had to pay for shipping and provide a tracking link. At that point, it was not worth it because shipping cost would be more than the shoes. They get to keep $20 and I’m putting these shoes in the trash.

This company is a scam. My socks never arrived and I keep following up and they only say they are looking into it.

Do not buy unless you are willing to risk getting stuck with shoes that are useless. I ordered 3 pairs for my little guy. They were cute, but way too big so I decided to keep them until he grows into them and order a smaller size. I now have a size that “fits” him, but they don’t stay in his feet. The socks are so loose and sloppy the sole wanders around his foot and he ends up trying to walk on the edge of the sole and sock. I gave up on them when he kept twisting his ankle and tripping on them. I tried to get them to stay on with and without socks underneath. No luck. I reached out to 2 Tiny Feet customer service as per their “90 day money back guarantee”. I explained the problem and provided pictures of the new unworn shoes to confirm their condition. The return was approved, but I was advised that the customer is responsible for shipping back to China. I have gotten quotes from 3 different shipping companies and the cheapest quote I got was through Canada Post @ $196 to ship back $210 worth of shoes from Canada. 2 Tiny Feet flat out refuses to cover the cost of shipping unless the item is physically damaged when it arrives. They claim that their first priority is the safety and development of little ones, but their policies do not support that claim.

Do not spend a dollar! I ordered three pairs in Jan of 2023 and now in April and they are still not delivered. The only contact with them is email and they respond the same way, "the shoes are on their way" and they will not refund my money. Now i am struggling to get my credit from the credit card company! What a waste of time and money!!!!!

Do not buy. I placed my order on March 10th 2023. It is now March 30rd 2023 and I still have not received the order. Order says delivered but when I try to track the order it is telling me that the website can not be found. I’ve reached out to customer support for a refund and they have not been any help. DO NOT BUY!!

The product didn't fit my 6 month old like it said, way too big. I reached out and they confirmed I had the right size and not their problem. When they didn't fit I asked if they had any recommendations for smaller shoes or shoe brands and they didn't respond. I mean I get it, that's not what they're for but it certainly felt like they didn't care at all that the product wasn't working for us. My child is now 19 months old and the 6-12 month size shoes STILL don't fit. I measured the kids foot and everything. They slip right off because the shoe doesn't have any security around the ankle. Maybe my kids feet are thin but maybe that should be specified in the measurement? Anyway, I'm sour because I didn't get that response and because the refund policy doesn't seem to match the shoes not fitting and now I'm outside of the refund window anyway because I waited a while to see if she'd grow in to them and she never will because the shoes are just not great...I don't THINK. Could be us. I also didn't see anywhere I could leave a product review since I bought direct so I'm doing it here.

DONT ORDER THESE SHOES! 2 Reasons: 1) They don't stay on child's food, they move all over. 2) And I think it's some sort of scam - all of the "customer reviews" are sketchy and from people who've just gotten them, not who've been using them for a while. And they're clearly giving people who make a review some sort of kickback. All comments are turned off of their videos on YouTube, why I ask? Something is not right. And to top it off, though the website says NOTHING about China anywhere, they ship each order from China, and then if you want to return them you have to mail them back to China, which of course costs more than the shoes (though the website makes it sounds like returns are easy). I never would've ordered if I knew they were coming from China. And now I'm stuck with shoes that are unworn but too costly to send back. Talk about plastic waste!! Total scam. Don't buy.

I was so excited to try these but unfortunately they are not good shoes. I have has the black pair for several weeks and this has been our experience.

My main issue is that they fall off very easily. They literally slip off his feet. It has happened several times where I am holding him and they fall off.

My next issue is they are not wide enough. His pinkie toes stick out way too much. This is even after I took measurements as described by the website.

Also, there is not a place I can leave a review on their website which I find interesting. All their reviews are positive. Please look around elsewhere before purchasing.

Don’t stay on toddler feet. I have fraternal twins so two babies to test them on, they just fall right off. Company makes you pay return shipping.

These took one week to get to which is not very long. There was no up date on their location after the third day they shipped to me. Other then that they look great, I love the flexibility by touch, the material feels great. We tried them on her and they opened well and we’re easy to get on her little foot they did open wide to go on with ease.

I ordered the smallest size they offer which 6-12mo my child is almost 8mo and the shoes are swimming on her but then again she has really tiny feet. She is still in a infant size 1. We look forward to her growing into them and putting them to use. Thank you 2tinyfeet just wish they had a smaller size to fit her tiny feet🙂🙃

DO NOT BUY!!! Zero stars. Returned 3 pairs because they didn't work as advertised. Never got my refund and also paid for shipping back to China. Customer service stopped replying when I asked about the refund. Expensive exercise & very unhappy

Do not buy. I placed my order on Feb 1. It is now March 20 and I still have not received the order. I’ve reached out several times for a refund and they have not been any help. The last time the tracking information has even been updated was over a month ago.

They didn't deliver the product! The address on my order was correct, their courier couldn't deliver and then took it to a location an hour from my house and said I had to go get it. Terrible customer service.

Ware muss bei Rücksendung nach China verschickt werden. Keine Übernahme der Kosten. Die Schuhe sind qualitativ auch nicht gut. Lieber ziehe ich unserem Jungen in Deutschland handgenähte Lederpuschen an.
